I have another couple questions then I'm through for a while.
Can a Vampire ninja be able to have made ups effected by moon phases like someone from Hidden Moon? I was just wondering since vampires thrive at night and they've been known to be effected by the moon from time to time.
If someone were to create a rpc that is a himunculi, can their blood seal be off of their body? I'm thinking like Lord Voldemort's horcuxes from Harry Potter except with the seal. It is said that he split up his soul and sealed the parts in certain items and one living being. Would that be possile to create?
Can an rpc have four forms? Three are unaffected by certain attacks but can easily be defeated. While the last form is a normal ninja will a doujutsu.

Moon: Shichuuka no Jutsu - Four Pillar Home Technique ~ Mokuton • Shichuuka no Jutsu is a unique Ninjutsu technique used by Yamato. Using his ability to utilize Mokuton (wood release) techniques, Yamato will form handseals and cause beams of wood to emerge from the ground. These beams will converge and combine to form a dwelling of his choosing. This dwelling will resemble a normal home, with rooms and doors on the inside. In essence the technique allows Yamato to conjure a home from nothing, and not even have to summon it.

Okay, quick question. In Hidden Federation, Hidden Wind. Just what are the various costs for all of the skills of Kazejin Miho? There's a good ten or so techniques, but not a single one has a cost marked.

I think that's it for now. on the second of your questions yes creating a nin like that would be possible. In fact I've done it before and had my character solely exist as a set of 7 weapons and a rose for a short while. So yeah it's possible, but sometimes not completely effective since if one of the vessels is destroyed you'd lose part of your normal body like how Orochimaru lost his arms to the Shinigami.

Nobody knows exactly, that's a clan brought up by Kazama one of the founders who came back for a short while and hasn't been seen since...

Also, for this rule:
19. To learn a jutsu, you must pay attention to two things. First, every post you make must be at least 5 lines. Second, for every 100 chakra points, you must make one post. For example, if there are 300 chakra points to learn a jutsu, then you must make 3 posts of 5 or more lines for it to count.
How important is the bolded part? Because I've done a few post ranging from 4-16 combined five-liners, and I know lots of others do it as well.

DR.E Bringer-obviously it brings water... either spontaneously or from a nearby source like a lake or a underground river. Dance of Divination - not sure, but it's probably that dance thing Hinata does when she's fighting the giant be and by creating a dome of interlinking streams of chakra she can create an even more powerful defense then the standard HYuuga rotation thingy, Harichakra that's when you extend chakra from your fingers in like points to cut chakra strings and other cuttable bindings I think Empty palm it's like a super awesome move that sends a big shockwave of chakra at the opponent from a distance with a series of palm thrust. Knocked the crap out of Kisame so you know it's good. It's basically the only hyuuga attack thats long range hence empty palm @Lady Bringer of Darkness that's the advanced genjutsu that tricks your opponents mind to perceive an all encompassing darkness around them.
