Yeah, that is a shame. Much graver then mine, it's just the fact that I role played on a sailor moon forum without a clue to what that actually was and actually rped in a very ******** up SM rp once.
I loved the character I created from that, Draegan was such an adoring child of mine. He was going to rape his mother, but then the rper for his mother had to go and cyber right in the rp thread.

Oh neopets was SOOOOO Much more ******** up than that. Gay guys who detested their character's children to such an extent that they had their own characters rape them in the open forums.
Neopets was a ******** UP roleplaying thread at one point in time, but they fixed that after they got sponsors like McDonalds who needed to be impressed.

Tacitus My start was on Battleforums.com around 4 years ago or so. That sounds cool. But I totally think I hold roleplaying seniority, with a whopping seven years this christmas.

Battleforums was largely a forum for Blizzard games with a lot of spam and a very small corner for RPers after like 2 years of existance. I used to be proud that I am member number 12, active longer even than the one who created the forum, the great Skuzzy.

I'm familiar with a "Great Skuzzy". I think I met him once during my NP days.

Depends on what type of RPing we are talking about. I've been a TableTopper for 9 years. But I've only being doing Forum RPing for 2 1/2 years.

I've been RP'ing for about five years. Though the first two were in Yahoo rooms and the sort, then it was Gaia and various other sites.

Lesse, I started somewhere around November 04, roleplaying on Gaia, unless you count one single D&D campaign run based mostly on combat I played the summer of 04. Though throughout my entire life I've been creating unusual, occasionally bizarre, characters and plotlines in my head, and writing little stories that became unfinished books anywhere between 20 and 120 pages.
Though, when I say bizarre, that's how I start. It's always been natural to me to find patterns, and then reasons for them, and then decide how things work. So even the oddest stories were eventually logical, if not that easy to understand.
