"Pfft, you're telling me. Astonish again." Tsuki said, scratching his head. Maybe it was karma that was really fighting the girl now? It'd make sense since she made pointless death threats. Well, he just wanted the battle to cease so he could go his own way. The girl could grind her teeth at her annoying situation until she decided to stop fighting. She brought this upon herself. Embitter would go for another attack. She wondered if these counted as counters. But it wasn't like standing while the foe flinched was an option either. This battle was going nowhere fast. ((Edit:16-5+12-15=8 Dmg+ Flinch Sawk has 8 HP left))

(It's suppose to be 12 - 5 + 12 - 15 = which is 4 + flinch)
The move would hit, and it would seem to send another jolt though him ...as he was forced to flinch. This was becoming quite ridiculous, but there was nothing he could do at the moment as he tries to battle his way through this attempt at another flinch.

((Right. So 16-12+12-15= 1 Dmg)) The attack hit... again, albeit less strong and did not include any flinching now. Finally. It was getting pretty ridiculous at that point anyways. Embitter had done more than enough damage for that at least. She had tired herself enough with that. She raised her arms up in defense again. Tsuki tapped his foot in the sand. The battle was pointless, if only to entertain the girl's severe case of boredom. Ever heard of going to the mall?

This time the attack would hit, but it was a slight as his head been. An anger look was on the girl's face, and the Sawk felt the pressure to end this in a single move as he would allow a dark aura to curl around him ...he was going to ground this pokemon this time as he would step forward and aim with the attack Payback.

The attack was successfully blocked by Embitter, the ghost glad she blocked a super effective move. She was doing good enough with all these stalling moves that induced flinching. She prepared another attack, when the worst happened. The numbing returned, overcoming the ghost's body. The infernal paralyzation returned to haunt the ghost. She couldn't do anything but try to block again. Moving was hard. The ThunderPunch still echoed even through it had passed.

For once, the Sawk got to see his opponent frustrated with the inability to attack. Paralyzed, he would aim again with another payback, this one wouldn't have the same amount of force in it....the one that would have killed in a single hit, but ....beggars couldn't be chooses and he had gotten lucky once.
As he pulled his arm back as much as possible and aimed with his full strength at his opponent's head.

(( burning_eyes 20-10+21-19=12x2= 24 Dmg)) With that single hit, Embitter was knocked out. Luckily, not killed. Could a ghost even die? She didn't want to find out. Tsuki returned her, muttering "Good job gal. I'll try to make sure it won't go to waste." With that he sent out the next Pokemon. A Heatmor. Not as strong as the ghost, but he'd have to do for now. Just take down the hulk of a fighting type. Bane crossed his claws to defend himself. Keh, time to make things burn! She switched bodies with him while he had Infinem and Archer out. Being, in his body she used Sai against them. After an awkward battle, Tsuki managed to reverse the process once and for all. He likes showing off and for good reason. It took both of Tsuki's Pokemon to catch this born leader. Ironically this is Tsuki's one and only true capture as of now. More so than that is the fact that his only true capture is also his strongest ally. Exp: 269/300

The girl would declare as the Heatmor would be defending in vain. There was no attack coming as she would switch him out with a big grin on her face. It had been touch and go there, but, in the end ....she had managed to hold her ground as she would call forth her next pokemon.
Her first one had been fighting, and her second would be dark .....as the pokemon was thrown up wards ....toward the sun as it releases the pokemon to flap it's wings and settle on her shoulder.
A Murkrow.
The dark and flying type would peck at her feathers for a moment before making it a point to enter the battle field.
Her tail would be fanned as she lands.
"Goliath ..meet our Dave."
She would snicker at him as the Murkrow would flap her wings. Prepared to take off and avoid the incoming attack.

Tsuki raised an eyebrow. Didn't she laugh at him for making a similar comment? Hypocrite. If this world was ruled by evil... then this David would be a smear on the floor. Quick to begin, he let out an Incinerate at the defending Pokemon!

The bird's wings would flap twice as she would managed to make it over the worst of it. The flames would heat her belly and threaten to scorch her wings tips, but, it had come a millimeter too late.
Hovering lightly ...she would clack her beak.
"Don't look at me like that."
The girl would declares sharply. She couldn't read minds, but, looks say a lot as she would make a twirl in the air.
"USE Peck."
The Murkrow would look over at her before she would charge towards her opponent with her beak glowing sharply.

Bane would jump back, raising his arms to defend himself from the bird's attack. The bird had gotten lucky this round but not once it was his turn to strike again! ((Gross short post bleh Dx))

Though the bird's beak would slice through those arms held protectively. Leaving trails of blood in it's wake as she would caw with an very open laugh.
Luck ...luck wasn't what her kind was all about, it was the misfortunate of others and she was enjoy this fire's type misfortunate.

And it was with that laugh, Bane sent an Incinerate towards the inside of the Murkrow's mouth. What did a mute do when they couldn't caw or chirp? Bane really wanted to find out. This bird would just be an 'experiment' with that. Tsuki let the battle play out. He wasn't sure what would happen. But if things went worse, he'd switch Bane out or something.

The Murkrow would chirp with a smirk as it would twirl away from the attack ...the fire would pass between wings and belly ....as the pokemon was smirking happily.
Did they really think their attacks would work?
IT was almost funny. It's hard to hit something in the air, and she would drive downwards towards him ....as she would use peck once more. This time, she was going to try and drive her beak through the top of his skull this time.

Bane would raise his arms again to defend himself from the bird. This wouldn't end well. The best he could hope for was that he was knocked out and not killed. They just needed one solid hit on this Murkrow.
