The scoring deep enough, Seiji curled his hand into something close to a fist and gave the piece of horn a sturdy rap with his knuckles. Had he had the need to breathe, he'd have held his breath for this part. It didn't fragment into dust though, and the boil's shoulders rounded as he picked the shard up from the growing pile of ash it'd landed in. "Thank you, Red."
Finished, he got back to his feet, pulling Junko up with him, and stared down at the piece of horn in his palm.

Raziel had been jumbled in with the rest of the crowd, he didn't know where any of his teammates were and he had lost track of Beatrix as well. In a crowd of people he felt extremely alone, especially after all that he had just witnessed. He wasn't sure what to do, he couldn't even move, but here was not the place to grieve. The worst part was all of the students that were now desecrating Red's body to get a piece of it. A souvenir. It disgusted Raziel and he turned away, facing the edges of the crowd of students rather than the center. He lifted his head up to the sky a bit, water filling up in his eyes. He was trying to blink back the tears. That's when he saw a familiar blue poke up higher than the crowd of students. He wasn't entirely sure, but he hoped that it was Remi and the ghouls. He began to make his way over there, slowly picking through the crowd of devastated students. They had lost one of their own. One, who despite have a terrifying reputation, cared deeply for them all and gave her life to save them. Raziel shook his head, trying to get rid of any tears before he came on his group. "Hey everyone.." he said hoarsely, it sounded pathetic and sad, but the thin smile across his lips showed that he was glad to see them all again.

Jove whimpered, in no mood for comforting. He didn't want help, or petting, he didn't know what he wanted. All he knew was that it hurt all over, inside and out. The little pup flattened down more over his piece of bone, it's pale surface all but disappearing under his fur as he finally put his head down.
If only there was something he could leave with the rest of Red...

Gargantuan made a small noise in the back of his throat, staring at his ash-soiled hand. One more time... Again, he grasped at one of Red's impressive horns, grunting as he tugged at it once more.

The she-wolf eyed the remaining boot, which probably could use some cleaning after all of this.
"You can buy another pair. Or maybe get a discount by only buying one?" She attempted to tease him, which felt nice compared to the grim melancholy atmosphere around them. "How did you lose it in the first place anyways?" LW asked, suddenly curious. It was kind of weird that the black dog had lost a shoe. Like, really? Did some shoe monster come around and steal it?
LW almost facepalmed, but settled for gently shoving at the black dog. "Does it matter at this point? I don't think you're getting it back. Sorry dog."
She shivered again, tail curling around her legs as LW tried not to look around them again. "Do...do you think we should wait?" The she-wolf asked Tybalt quietly.

Willow watched as Bul headed off towards the person he'd been looking for. Ah at least he found her, she made note of who this Mei was. Her tail flickered as she continued to drag her claw around a piece of Red's skull. She was trying to get it.
It seemed everyone was reuniting with their friends or loved ones. The tiger seemed to be thinking of what to do.((Attempt 1-1: Success Attempt 1-2: Success))

Almost... The bone was creaking quietly in his hand, but it hadn't broken just yet... Gargantuan didn't want to hurt Red anymore than he had to.

Barth drew his hand to his chest, half-hearing the shuffling, and the respects as they stood by Red's remains. He was not, on the whole, the kind of demon that supported gym classes. He woke, briefly.
He, like many others, found himself strongly considering Red's words. We cannot die. And it was true, to a point. He thought of his Uncle, who had been so full of despair he'd been unwilling to pull himself back together again. He thought of certain sorcerors, sucked dry of their Fear. He thought of himself, dissipating for the first time in the cold, peppermint- waking up on a cot.
How many times he'd been torn apart, never pleasant, always painful, but always ending with him reformed and together and whole. He had used the term death loosely in those circumstances. But when he came apart, there was a risk. There was no telling when or if he would come together again, no way of being sure...
He looked at the skull from Christof's arms. Was this death? He'd never seen anything like it. This was a...husk. Completely empty. Where were her insides, what had her Fear become? It wasn't here. He wasn't sure what he was looking at. We can not die.
He was alive. He wasn't in a cage, or a weapon. Or...purged. Red had become something else to ensure it. Christof had offered him the same thing, death, to save him from worse things. But they had all been using the word death too loosely.
Barth focused on the palm of his hand, then opened it, his pin on his chest.
"Mine too," he said to Christof, feeling himself slipping towards sleep again.

He looked at Christof, then formed a second pin, beside the first.
"And you," he said.

Got it! Gargantuan stared at the fragment of horn in his hand, then lifted his head to better look at Roch. Big, fat tears were still rolling from his empty eye sockets, and he suddenly crushed the boy close in a hug. "G wanna go home now. G don't wanna go to school no more."

Willow's ears perked when she actually noticed the pins the other students were leaving behind. As she finished dragging her claw along the fractures in Red's skull she pondered pulling out her pin so it could join the others, and not to mention she could try to slip one to the rest of team venture before they split up.
She sighed softly noticing that as she dragged her claw around the fracture she seemed to be getting a piece of the skull loose.

Amrita had the piece of Red she claimed tucked away safely and out of sight, not wanting to give herself the chance to remember and break down again. She felt terrible to break the skeleton, but she felt a piece of Red needed to be taken back home; but she also left a piece of herself here in exchange: her pin. "We can't leave without---" She paused, catching sight of the boil as he appeared from the crowd, relief flooding her features. "Oh thank Jack!" The Undead sighed heavily, closing the distance to pull Raziel into a hug whether he liked it or not. As always her grip was weak and awkward on her broken side, but it happened. The group was together, finally. They were all still worse for wear, but at least they were there. "Welcome back, Raz." The boil would find himself free of her hug soon enough, and after a look at the other members, she moved to hug herself...which really ended up as her good hand clasping over the broken bend in her opposite arm. She still hurt, she still felt like lead...and she was just aching for the sight of Halloween. "Let's...Let's go home." She said with a smile, slowly moving forward to make sure her group would follow her; she wouldn't leave if they didn't, but at this point she just wanted home. The comfort of the twisted trees, the cold of her basement...that's all she wanted right now. Err, well, aside from getting patched up. As she walked past Christof though, she reached out to gently brush his arm as she past, still thankful he was alive and well. (( Amrita is Exiting to Halloween...unless for some reason her team doesn't let her! ))

"Not for a while I can't." He grumbled, kicking at the ground with his booted foot. Foot wear was always overpriced.
"Nahh, not much point and I don't think they'd let me buy one, leaving them with only the other half." It sucked, but he was going to have to save up and get a new pair and in the mean time, dig up an old pair.
"Err.. I threw it at a fake reaper..." He admitted sheepishly. Turned out Jove's plan had wonderful results---but at the same time, he lost his boot. Damn it!
"Mmm... Probably not. I doubt there's much point in waiting around. If anything, we might have a better chance at finding the others once we're back home." He pointed out, dusting his pants off and smearing a bit of blood on his hands. Which thankfully, most of which was not his own. Sure he had a few scraps, cuts and bruises, but the majority of it was from tearing chunks of flesh off of enemies. That and Mei smearing her own Fear enhanced blood on him to heal his wounds.
It wasn't until the heard a pitiful whine that he spotted the wisp. Plopped on the ground and looking as though his world was caving in on him.
He definitely looked like he had seen better days.
"What's up, Jove?" He asked, coming to his side, while tugging the she-wolf along and crouching down beside the small pup.
Looking at Jove, then at the skull and then back again, the black dog finally clued in.
Ah!
"Here!" He held out his hand palm up with nothing it. But before the pup could give him any strange looks, he closed his fingers, making a fist and concentrated. It took a second, but once he felt the small object form in the palm of his hand, he opened it up again to show the wisp his summoned emblem.
"You can do that too."

Christof stared at the second pin that was offered to him, his brows raising in quiet... shock wasn't the right word. Surprise was. Sure, he had Malodore's pin, but that had been in lieu of demon marks. And he had Calder's pin, but that was a sign of friendship. He had given Mistress his pin, but she had not reciprocated, feeling having her mark on his chest was enough. All he deserved. This was... His lips pursed, free arm that was not full of sloth demon timidly reaching into his satchel before gingerly trading. He had wanted to give him this earlier, but... there had been too much going on. And then he had been kidnapped. "Will-always-protect-Master," He signed quietly, still gripping the pin safely, making the one-handed movement awkward. He swallowed, glancing around frantically. He had Barth who was falling asleep again... And Calder somberly following... he just... Ah, there, he spotted the massive form of Herryk and the smaller, wingier form of Freya and relaxed a little. Good. Still alive. Doing his best to get their attention with a grunt and a wave, he took a tentative step towards the door.
