What the crap? Only 11 ID card votes? Where's our hundreds of members? We weren't even going to charge for these things, right? How can people ignore that?

It determines who will make the cards. When you order one, you can request any of the designs that the winner has submitted, so you're really voting for the person who made the design you liked best.
