Sojiro continued on to the shower and stayed there for about an hour, making sure to get EVERYTHING off.
He readied himself for bed, completely pooped.
(Not in the literal sense.)

Sojiro walks out of HQ and starts training with Dratini nearby.
"Dratini, keep your guard up!!"
Sojiro says, throwing punches and kicks at his Dratini, waiting for him to strike.
Dratini breaks through Sojiro's guard and headbutts him in the chest.
Sojiro stands it and backs up, fists up.
"Your doing better Dratini!! Keep it up!!"

Suiken ups and heads out to watch Sojiro train his Dratini
Suiken: He's good '-' ~looks toward Suino (His Squirtle)~
Suino looks upat his master and a Beckoned himfor a sparr
Suiken: You really wanna go forward with this?
Suino Nods and goes into stance
Suiken: I'm ready! Are you? -strikes Suino in his Jaw sending him flying upward-
Suino grins and headbutts Ken from in the air.
~The two go head to head in a sparring match to test their skills~

Dark:*uses the mysterstone on his Ivysaur* There that's another fully evolved one. Now all that's left to evolve is my Meowth, and 75 or so Larvitars....*yawns* I still need an Ursaring...

Sojiro looks over at Suiken training with his Squirtle.
Sojiro's caught off guard and Dratini rams into him, sending him flying into a tree and Dratini follows up with another Headbutt.
Sojiro takes the pain and grabs Dratini's tail, swinging it around and throwing it.
"Good Dratini, but not good enough!!!"

Suiken is thrusted into the air then skulbashed by Suino takin loads of damage.
Suiken: Whoa! where did you get the sudden power boost.That Hurt eek
Suino: blaugh
Suiken Tackles Suino unleashing a devastating Taijutsu combo, but Suino grabs Ken's foot and flips him following it up with a Hydro Pump Attack.
Suiken: Water attacks won't work on me ~subsides the attack renderig it harmless~
Suino ( Squirtle) launched Hydro pump as a trap and quickly launched an Aurora beam while Ken was off gurd.
Suiken: -blocks it- Excellent Suino! Now I wanna train Ghastly aswell! Ghastly , c'mon out!
Ghastly emerges and immediatly attacks Squirtle with a Glare.
Suiken: This'll be fun twisted
