Keiran & Celeste

A Chimchar strode straight past Siggy, having leaped through the broken glass doors only moments before. She didn't seem to realize that they weren't supposed to be like that, until she spotted the shards of glass in the Typhlosion's fur.
She stared rudely at him for a moment. "You're more retarded than my partner." She informed him bluntly, before turning and continuing down the hall. She passed by a nearby Blissey as she walked.
"Yo Lady; there's some freak with a dead guy over there." She told the Normal-type, immediately causing the nurse to freak out, gather several other members of the staff, and race up to greet the Typhlosion and his unconscious partner.
The Chimchar kept moving a few more steps, and into an open door.
Sitting on a nearby bed was a small, black-furred Riolu. His brilliant teal eyes stared hard at the approaching Fire-type, and she seemed to glare back with an intensity that many would find frightening. The Fighting-type flinched, his gaze quickly falling submissively.
"Thanks to you, my father's pissed off. You know that? I should have made you apologize in person; see how badly he messed you up." The girl sneered, her violet eyes narrowed with disgust.
"I won't apologize for what I did." The lower-ranking Pokemon muttered sourly, not meeting her gaze. He didn't want to apologize. He'd done what was right, and she knew it. She just wouldn't admit it. Most likely because she was pissed off that she had to take the blame for it.
"Mrrrr....." The Chimchar looked more than a little frustrated, but said nothing, eying the Blissey as she came into the room, a violet Lopunny strewn across her arms. She didn't want to get kicked out; punishment could wait.
The Blissey was quickly joined by a younger nurse; a Chansey, carrying a bottle of purple liquid, which was promptly poured down a tube inserted into the patient's throat.
After the rabbit Pokemon was given an IV, and hooked up to several different monitors, it was decided that his poisoning was serious, but not irreversible.
"Are you his partner?" The Chansey asked the Chimchar.
"Hell no; I want nothing to do with that guy." Her eyes flashed with disapproval at both the nurses and the pair of unusual Pokemon across the room. Her voice was thickly laced with disdain, and she turned away, moving back to stand by the Riolu.
The Fighting-type winced, not saying anything as he sat quietly next to his team leader.

Jean-Claude---&---Siggy

Siggy stared at the Chimchar, blinking a few time at her words.
"Wow, what a c**t," He muttered as the nurses came to assist.
Jean-Claude remained limp as he was brought into a room and hooked up to various machines.
"That would be me. Don't listen to Bitchface McCrabby over there~" Siggy said in response to asking if she were Jean-Claude's partner.
There was a thin trail of blood from where he was standing to where he was now.
Seemed to be a lot of blood trails following that Typhlosion.

Keiran & Celeste

Keiran blinked in surprise and alarm at the Typhlosion's nickname for Celeste, the unevolved male flattening his ears uncomfortably. He didn't want to get involved in this at all.
Looking straight down at his paws, he pretended to interest himself in smoothing out his fur, though the faint flick of his ears gave away his discomfort. This was definitely bad. He'd never heard or seen anyone talk to Celeste like that, and he didn't know how she was going to handle it.
He got spoken to all the time that way, but he wasn't Kronos' daughter. No high-ranking females, particularly those branded with Kronos' family name.
He covered his ears with his paws nervously, his gaze flickering for a moment to the unconscious Lopunny across the room. He was... strange. The colour of his fur, and the earrings her wore on his ears were quite feminine, yet he was obviously male... There was a story to that, he felt...

"Who are you to call names, Dumbass? At least I don't break half the hospital when I walk in." She retorted, obviously pissed off at his lack of respect. She was not used to this... "equal terms" thing. It just didn't work, and it never would.
She turned her nose up with a soft 'hmph'. "You're not worth hanging around this freak, Useless." She informed the Riolu, before stalking off through the door.

The Riolu let out an obvious sigh of relief, his entire frame relaxing, and his teal eyes fluttering drowsily. He hated coming here... he just wanted to go home already.
He pulled his knees close to his chest, watching silently across the room.

The Chansey frowned, obviously angry about the blunt lack of respect between the Typhlosion and the Chimchar who'd just left the room. "AHEM. Moving on, your partner will have to stay here until we can ensure that all of the toxin has left his system. He'll be a little shaky for a while, but he'll pull through alright." She informed the Fire-type, before leaving the room herself.
She turned at the door, frowning at the remaining three occupants. "Don't kill each other while I'm gone." A nurse had never before sounded so annoyed.

Jean-Claude---&---Siggy

The Typhlosion simply stood there with a smug look on his face after Celeste was gone.
He sure knew how to clear a room of undesireables~
"Uh, okay! I'll just stay here with shards of glass sticking out of my body!~" He called after the Blissey as she left.
He turned his attention to Jean-Claude and sighed.
"Damn, bro..."
He hadn't even seemed to notice the Riolu.

Keiran

Keiran tilted his head slightly, turning his head to watch the Chansey leave. She wasn't... very bright... He supposed that it wouldn't make much of a difference, anyway, since she'd left. Low on the chain, low on the brain, as his superiors had informed him. He knew it wasn't true, but he couldn't help but think it anyway...
The little Riolu glanced back at the Typhlosion. "Umm... excuse me, Sir?" He questioned uncomfortably, unsure of how to address the Fire-type. He wasn't a part of the Tribe; he had no rank, in the Fighting-type's mind. He was dishonorable, in both colouring and stage of evolution... but he was still... alive... Surely it wouldn't be too bad, to speak to him, if it was only to assist with his injuries?
"I could help... with the glass, I mean... You just... You can't tell anyone, okay? It is forbidden enough that I'm speaking to you." He glanced down, feeling shame spiral through him. This was so wrong.... but...
He just sat there, falling silent. The Typhlosion would have to come closer, if he wanted help. Keiran wasn't supposed to be walking.

Siggy blinked as the Riolu spoke.
"Forbidden? Man, what kinda' crazy voodoo s**t are you into?" He asked, turning around and sitting down in front of the Riolu.
"If you ask me, that prissy little thing bossing you around deserves a nice kick in the a**. Pokemon shouldn't be allowed to be such bossy bullies like that."
He reached up, grabbing hold of one of the glass shards in his upper shoulder and yanking it out.
"... Ow~"

Keiran

Keiran felt a flicker of confusion at the unfamiliar word. He decided it was just best not to ask about what exactly this... "voodoo" thing was; it obviously wasn't held in high regards, anyway.
Ignoring his lack of knowledge, he listening in silence, his paws glowing as he hovered over a piece of glass, and carefully removed it. "I apologize... The ways of our tribe are... unusual, I suppose, to most Pokemon, and her temper doesn't exactly make things easier to accept... As our leader's daughter, you could say that she is a little bit spoiled." A glimmer of amusement lit the Riolu's eyes, though they still darted nervously toward the door every now and again.
"Don't let her words get to you; you'll end up as flighty as me..." He added, a faint, awkward chuckle spilling from his throat as he removed another shard of glass.
He yelped in surprise as the Typhlosion simply tore the next shard out himself, and Keiran made a face in response. He couldn't exactly tell him off for it, but it didn't look like that was the best idea to go about things like that. He decided to hurry a little more, plucking out the glass shards as carefully as possible, without giving the strangely-coloured Fire-type a chance to do it himself.
A few minutes later, and the task was done, Keiran sitting cross-legged on his hospital bed, almost relieved to have helped the Fire-type so quickly, in case his partner decided to return. She'd spazz at him for it, if she found out. She spazzed at everything.
"I think that's the last of it, Sir." He noted quietly, holding his tail in his tiny paws. The Riolu was really quite small for his age. He had to admit that, at least. For a fully-grown Pokemon, he was tiny.

Jean-Claude---&---Siggy

"Yeah, I'm not really one for following stupid rules," Siggy explained as the rest of the glass was pulled out of him.
"I just live life in a way that best suits, y'know? Definitely keeps my kid from being too spoiled."
He stood up, stretching a little and wincing.
"I suddenly have the distinct feeling that something unexpected is about to happen."
A loud coughing sounded, and Jean-Claude sat up, grabbing the tube in his throat and pulling it out.
"Arceus, who the hell thought it was okay to let the nurse give me so much remedy for a small dram of poison?!"

Keiran

Keiran blinked in shock, listening to the Typhlosion's words. He'd heard that the guilds were lax about how their members behaved, but he'd had no idea. As if evolving, and strange colorations weren't enough; they seemed to barely have any rules at all, compared to his tribe...
He tilted his head sheepishly at the mention of children; he himself was around the same age as the other two men in the room, but it didn't look like it, for sure. They looked a lot older, with their evolved, mature forms.
"I guess." The Riolu answered awkwardly, reluctant to actually answer the Fire-type. He'd been raised with the tribe since he was little; the idea of flipping his life completely in the other direction sounded crazy, in his opinion.
The sudden awakening of the Lopunny across the room might have startled him more, if he hadn't already been alerted to it about a second before. He twitched silently at the coughing fit. He was a warrior, not a doctor; he didn't know anything about healing. Then again, it seemed the nurses didn't, either.
Keiran grimaced. "They tried to bandage the wrong arm on the last guy." He commented in agreement. It seemed that the lower-ranked nurses didn't know much at all about what they did. He hoped the surgeons were more intelligent...

{{ I love having the nurses all derpy. xD }}

Jean-Claude---&---Siggy

"Ugh... tube feeding..." The Lopunny muttered, shaking his head and regaining his composure.
Siggy nodded, knowing absolutely nothing about what J.C. was talking about.
Turning his head, Jean-Claude looked over at the Riolu in the room.
"... Who's this?" He asked, his voice going back to normal after being cleared of the gunkage the tube had caused.
Very manlysex voice indeed.
"I got no clue. Some guy~"

Keiran

Keiran shuddered in agreement. He didn't like the idea of things being forcefully shoved down his throat, especially something as strange as a plastic tube. It would probably just feel... wrong. He really couldn't think of a better way to describe it.
He nearly flinched at the sudden snap in the Lopunny's voice. It was a strong voice; not demanding, but certainly quite masculine. He'd been right, in thinking the rabbit Pokemon male; aura never lied.
Something about him made his insides twist a little; he was bright violet, for one, evolved for another. The fact that he had golden hoop earrings only added to the shock. It was like someone had tried to dress him up, turn him into someone else entirely.
"My name is Keiran." He answered stiffly, his bright teal eyes fixed curiously on the Lopunny for a moment.
His gaze quickly dropped. These two, with their earrings and evolution, were the complete opposite of everything familiar to him. There was nothing to discover there, he decided. Getting to know them would be a bad idea, in the long run; at least if he liked not getting beat up by his partner all the time. Partner, what a strange thing to call Celeste. She was his superior, not his partner.
He could just hope that the Lopunny wasn't as grouchy as the Chimchar; he needed the rest, not the abuse...
"I won't bother you; don't worry." His dark ears twitched slightly, the tiny Riolu drawing his knees tight to his chest. He was black-furred all over, with the traditional markings only slightly darker, to the point where many might not even notice them. His bright, teal eyes seemed to be the only thing colourful about him, other than his aura, which still seemed to swirl around the tips of his fingers.

Jean-Claude---&---Siggy

Sighing, Jean-Claude brushed his ears aside and looked at Siggy, who shrugged.
"Well, I'ma head out. Stay here if you want, Keiran. Bunny-boy's not going anywhere~"
J.C. squinted at the Typhlosion as the big Fire type left.
"Hmmm... Not really worried about you bothering me," He said softly.
"I tend to live around bothersome people. I've gotten used to it."

Keiran

The Riolu shot the Typhlosion a strange look. He wasn't sitting on the hospital bed for the hell of it; he was as much a patient as the Lopunny across the room. It didn't look like it much, but he'd been there for two days in a row; he was a little sick of the hospital scene.
As the great Pokemon left, however, only the tiny Riolu and the strange, violet Pokemon across the room from him were left.
Keiran's ear twitched awkwardly. He wasn't sure what to say to him, other than some lame comment about the weather. He'd try to avoid that, if possible. He didn't need the rest of the world thinking him an idiot; his tribe was enough.
"Why do you stay with them, if they're bothersome?" The Riolu questioned quietly, sliding his legs over the side of his hospital bed. His dark hindpaws dangled over the edge, at least two feet still off the ground. He was definitely small; this guild needed to be adjusted for size, in his opinion.
"I thought guild Pokemon had the freedom to do pretty much whatever they want?" His fur bristled slightly at the idea. He couldn't help but feel a little envy; he'd never have the freedom these Pokemon did; certainly not with his tribe leaning over his shoulder every five minutes.

Jean-Claude---&---Siggy

"Well, we can," Jean-Claude explained.
"As long as it's not illegal. Still, that doesn't stop some Pokemon."
Maxi and his pot smoking...
"But still, I could leave my team whenever I choose. It doesn't mean I will. They may be bothersome, but they're like family to me."
With J.C.'s voice, it was hard to pull of sincerity, but he meant what he said.

Keiran

Keiran's heart ached a little. He'd been dreading that answer. Family was important to everyone; but it wasn't something he really had. He was low in rank, taken from his family at a young age, and thrown into his tribe. His birth family had long since moved on, probably; he had no urge to destroy their happiness again.
"Loyalty is important." He eventually agreed, thinking of his tribe. Were they considered his family now? He wasn't sure. He doubted that most of them considered him family, but did that change his feelings about them?
"If you don't mind my asking; what tied you to this place? I wouldn't be here at all, but my tribe insisted that I had to redeem myself somehow... So they sent me along with their precious heir and told me not to screw up again." His tone soured. He did not like Celeste. She was just... horrible.
