You know this is not an RPG- this is an RP. The "G" stands for game. Playing for power won't get you anywhere. Please conciser this.
Learn jutsu that compliment your character concept. I couldn't see a reason for your character to be learning some of the techniques he has been learning.
For example: Inochi learned "Hiding Like a Mole" technique because he is timid, skiddish and avoids the lime-light. (Almost a play on the name)
Please conciser this.
I lowered the requirements for techniques to allow casual RPers the opportunity to keep up with more hardcore users- do not make me regret that.

I'm not even going to bother giving Shuniji any new jutsu unless I come across something perfect for him. Like snake-summoning.
But other than that, I don't want to have a bajillion justu I'm never going to use or remember and Shuniji already has most all of the sound-based ones, anyway.
So... yeah. xd
EDIT: And Keichii's one jutsu was so vague, it could be used for pretty much anything, thus rendering any new ones useless. ...Not that he was really in any position to train ever.

-Van ... I have no choice... its a mission, I never planned on learning a genjutsu to begin with, I was focusing solely on Taijutsu and a couple Ninjutsu... and Zaiten gave my hungover assassin the retarded mission...

Dude... I just looked over your jutsu list. It is SOO tangled up... I gotta keep my pimp hand strong...
I'll go review ALL the jutsu list right now to make sure no one else is in the same situation.

@Max:: Well, if it's a mission. . .Try looking for a genjutsu that would fit your character more.
