Garin's hands moved from her hips. He reached up and grabbed her hands as he pulled his mouth back from hers. He looked down at her. "Aquaria, you do realize what you are doing...?" he asked.

Aquaria looked back at him, startled. "...Yes," she replied automatically. Then realization dawned on her. "Oh! I'm sorry!" she said.

"I just... Aquaria, I do want you in this way, but... I don't want to do this if you're not ready," Garin said and let go of one of her hands to stroke her cheek. "I don't want to pressure you."

Sanvi had fallen asleep in the hall, still thinking if Aquaria would be all right.

"Yes, I think we should wait," Garin replied, sitting back. He brought both her hands up and kissed them before letting them go so he could button his shirt up.

Aquaria laid back on the bed and tried to not think about anything that had happened that day.

Garin finished buttoning his shirt and laid down next to her. He just wanting to be close to her and know she was safe.

Aquaria walked out into the hall, looking for Sanvi. "Sanvi, how's your shoulder feel?" she asked.
"Fine," the demon replied. "Does the vampire want to practice now?"
