T'was then that Ryugi Kazamaru appeared, and looked around, spying only one man standing roughly thirty feet away from him. He had a strange smirk on his face.

Hey... You ok over there?

Well, this was interesting. ryugi raised an eyebrown before jumping off to the side about six feet, easily avoiding the man's enraged charging. He began preparing himself for a fight, gathering energy and gripping the handle of Ragnarok...

Hey! Whoa there! Take it easy! I just asked if you were alright.

Ok... At the moment, the man didn't SEEM like that much of a threat, but things aren't always what they seem. As the man charged again, Ryugi used the same tactic once more, but this time with a different twist.

As the man charged past him, Ryugi swung Ragnarok out at the man's exposed back. He didn't swing with the bladed edge, but the flat side. It wouldn't cut the man in half, but it WOULD knock him around a bit, and really sting if it collided.

What a strange person...

Bad move. As soon as Siat's hand would come in contact with the sword, a powerful blast of energy would erupt from the weapon, right into Siat's hand, and towards his body. Apparently, the sword didn't like anyone else touching it when Ryugi was wielding it...

As for Siat's grab attempt. Ryugi still had one arm and hand free himself, and as Siat attempted to grab his sword wielding arm, Ryugi's free arm gripped him by the wrist, and firmly held him off from making contact with his hand.

But what about Ryugi's sword wielding hand? It was still open and able to move since Siat's right hand was preoccupied with Ryugi's left, and Siats left hand was preoccupied with the energy from Ragnarok, therefore, as Siat aimed to kick into Ryugi's solar plexus, Ryugi's free right arm moved the large guard of Ragnarok to absorb most of the force from the kick.

Now, the guard absorbed most of the force from the attack, but this was only a trade off for Ryugi's solar plexus. The momentum added to Ryugi's form still sent him flying backward ten or so feet away from Siat. Luckily for Ryugi he was used to such force being added to his body. As he tumbled rolled himself back up into a semi standing/crouching position, with Ragnarok in front of him, acting as an advance guard towards any of Siat's attacks. He skidded the rest of the ten feet in this position, paying close attention to his opponent...

Unfortunately for Ryugi, he was hit by the landmine-like attack and sent into the air. But all was not lost. As luck would have it, Ryugi had rolled around with his sword flat across his stomach at an angle, which in most situations would allow him to sommersault without losing the weapon, and or cutting himself on it.

As Ryugi flew up into the air, he saw Siat jump towards him and saw his flying dropkick coming in as well. It was then that Ryugi simply watched as Siat's kick hit nothing but blade, which didn't cause Ryugi any harm, but DID make him and the young man drop towards the ground. Dodgeing? No. But blocking in this certain situation was indeed possible thanks to Ryugi's simple rolling tactic, and a little luck.

Ryugi was used to being slammed into the ground, but it still caused quite a bit of hurt. The sword had protected him from being struck by the kick, and acted as a barrier to his body from being hit by another such attack from Siat. Ryugi had been hit with many things over his many years. Tree trunks, fists from giant golems of rock, and other such painful bludgeoning objects. His sword being on top of his body was no stranger to him either. But luckily for Ryugi, his bones were much stronger than a normal human's bones, and could withstand much more punishment before breaking. His ribs were no different.

It was then that Ryugi used one of his own tricks. As he hit the ground, he let lose with a Limiter Release. The attack was a massive shpere of heat that would burn the person it touched as it expanded away from Ryugi in all directions, as well as send them flying backwards with enough force to toss them about 15 feet backwards. Even if they couldn't get burned, the FORCE form the attack would still have an effect on them, and send them flying off...
