He reached in his jacket and pulled out a small pouch. He took out some pills from this pouch and put them in his mouth. He tilted his head back and took a drink of his pop so he could swallow them easier. "Just a headache."

He just smiled and took another sip of his drink. "It's all good. I get them more in the winter with the cold and everything."

"It's not so bad. Just annoying sometimes. I'll just go home and make some tea and I'll be fine before bed. Thank you for worrying about me so much." He grinned and said the last sentance in a teasing tone.

James laughed and leaned in, looking at her. "You wouldn't have to drag me home. I doubt a little girl like you could." He was just teasing her now, thinking that she was rather cute when she was flustered and mad.

He grinned and scratched the back of his head. "You would save me the energy of flying myself, I suppose."

James just laughed and enjoyed spending the time with her. They ended up leaving and he explained that he would see her in school since Sunday he spent the day with his parents in Thoth.

Monday morning rolled around and school was in session. Garreth had left to go to Angelicus for class and Cyan was in middle school, but it was in the same area that the high school Raine went to so they sometimes walked together depending on whether they were getting along that day or not.

It was third period which was the class that James had with Raine. He walked in right before the bell rang and he sat in a seat that was near the front. He didn't have time to tell her hello because the teacher came in and started the lecture. He was taking notes and listening for the most part and even raised his hand to answer questions. Some girls in the class adored him because of the way he spoke. They didn't understand it, but the fact that he sounded intellectual and he didn't look like a geek would, they loved this. He didn't really notice them staring, though.
