No...im saying Chuck Norris is...And Chuck Norris is like a kick-a** Power Ranger...so yeah, Power Rangers are just Below Smallville, along with like...Happy Tree Friends, Family Guy, Seasame Street, and Mr. Rodger's Neighborhood...
