The only reason the fourth wasn't ripped out is because it laying completely sideways, so I'm being appointed to a surgeon. That puppy's coming out eventually. The pain started all sight, like a bothersome itch, and an hour later it was driving me insane. When I'm in pain, everything seems inconvenient. My mom takes longer to get the prescriptions, there's no comfortable position on the bed, etc. I think I deal with pain by getting pissed off. Yup. Pain pisses me off.
I saw the teeth after being pulled out. I had no idea how huge those molars are. It was cool. I got some antibiotics and painkillers, so I'm doing ok. Still hurts a bit to swallow, and I can't open my mouth enough to fit the toothbrush, so I'm staying in bed.

But, I thought they crushed the wisdom teeth to get them out? Whatever. Well, poor Vycie-sama nonetheless. He should get especially special treatment in the guild. 3nodding

Oni-Angel chikushou I just got back from one of my classes. What aorta pissed me off is that, one of the times when the teacher asked the class one those, "Who thinks this is the answer" questions, and I raised my hand to one of the answers. Then, some kid said something like, "Oh, I'm going with whatever she says." and raised his hand. That just really pisses me off. Not just because he's basically saying he's incompetant and doesn't care, and doesn't want to learn or think for himself. He hadn't been paying attention the whole class. It just pisses me off. I always think it's funny that school is supposedly about "answers" and then when you get into the real world, you realise that there is no "one answer" and that everything is open to interpretation. Yet another reason why being a lit major prepares you for the real world. razz On another note, school is starting on Thursday and I am getting a bit excited and scared. I mean, I'm taking lots of interesting classes (Bob Dylan: Music as Poetry, Jews in Italy, and Education: Multiculturalism), but I'm kind of scared that I'll have fallen off the "go to school" bandwagon since the summer. Sigh...it's so much easier to just work and go home. Now I have to work, go to school, work more, and do homework. Blaugh. Yeah, a lot of things don't make sense. but whatever. Being a music performance major helps too. Except for the fact that I'll probably be dirt poor, but we won't get into that.

I got it done earlier this year, but they gave me a little bottle of oxycodone to have fun with.

Steel Raccoon They use a chisle to break the teeth into small fragments, then pull those out individualy. I got it done earlier this year, but they gave me a little bottle of oxycodone to have fun with. Not mine. They chipped at the lower molar a bit so it could be pulled out because it was stuck below a part of the upper section of the jawbone, but the two upper ones were removed with a few swift yanks. When I saw them, they were whole.
The uppers weren't much trouble, it seemed, so all I felt were two yanks at each and out they popped.

Oxycodone is the next step down from Vicodin.

chikushou Steel Raccoon Oxycodone is the next step down from Vicodin. *has no clue what Vicodin is, and feels horribly clueless because of such* Vicodin is basically the closest thing to a heavy tranquillizer that you can get prescribed by a doctor. People who have heavy, painful surgery usually get vicodin. I've never used it myself, because even though it hurt to get my wisdom teeth out, I hate putting drugs in my system... Needless to say, I have lots of vicodin hanging around the house.

Oh. I see.
I really have no clue what they gave me when I got my wisdoms pulled, though. All I really remember is that I pulled my stitches out after a few days because they were bothering me. sweatdrop I was undeniably drugged, so everything's sorta fuzzy.

Vicodin and Oxycodon are, like morphine, from a group of drugs called narcotic analgesics. They're all derived from Opium.

Today, while I was sitting at lunch and waiting for my friends to get through the line, which, because of the moronic security people at my school, takes a very long time, some guy I don't know came up to me and asked me if I had some gum or something. I said no. What pissed me off, is that then he decided he should try to go through my stuff to see if I actually did have some. I should've slammed his hand on the table and broken all his fingers. Oh well.
But, then, his friend, who apparently had a shred of decency or something, asked him why he was going through my stuff. He replied something like, "She's my friend. You're name's Gloria, right?" I said no, because my name is definitely not Gloria, an I definitely wasn't his friend. "Right. Gloria's my friend."
My purple socks luck failed me today. sad

I snapped my arm in half in the 8th grade (fell off a bunkbed) and I remember that they put me on Morphine. They were wheeling me to surgery and I was saying "good morning" to everyone in this really stoned voice. We passed some guys changing the color of the paint on the hospital walls and I blurted out (in my very drunk/high voice), "I'm glad they hired you to paint the walls!" They, of course, looked at me like I was insane. But seriously, with my arm bent sideways like I had a second elbow, morphine was a blessed release from the pain.
