if i remember correctly a metabolic diet is where you analyse your personal metabolism and through certain cause and effect patterns they try to identify how your body specifically processes the various components of foods and liquids. Once it comes to those conclusions it tries to optimize how you manage your eating habits. It's very complex since the diet is supposudly different for everyone. Unless I'm thinking of the wrong one but I'm pretty sure I'm not.

EGL Goddess what kind of diet is that? I've never heard of it, wicked cool though! Grypesagon if i remember correctly a metabolic diet is where you analyse your personal metabolism and through certain cause and effect patterns they try to identify how your body specifically processes the various components of foods and liquids. Once it comes to those conclusions it tries to optimize how you manage your eating habits. my dad went to analyse it. i think he goes for a monthly check up now so they can gather patterns, so you're right. I guess it just seems simpler to me because i havent actually gone for any of those check ups - i'm just following. XP Grypesagon It's very complex since the diet is supposudly different for everyone. Unless I'm thinking of the wrong one but I'm pretty sure I'm not. So far the same food has been helping for each one of us (and i doubt we all have the same metabolism) - theres a book by Dr. Poon stating everything you should and should not eat for each of the 3 phases. (i googled him and i think this is his link - http://www.poondiet.com/ - although, it wont upload on my computer...so im not 100% sure)
I havent read much into it, i am just following what my family is eating, but what i understand from it is that it changes your metabolism and system so after you have finsihed burning fat (and keep eating steadily the things he suggested for a period of time), you may eat whatever you want and it wont have a large impact on you.. (but you already knew that... xp )

I weigh around 105 lbs.
I don't think I'm fat, but I could stand to be less... squishy.

Eh, I'm now in tubs-zone. Hittin' the gym. Yay for my father being a once-professional bodybuilder. And my eating less due to medication. Huzzah. At least I have height and boobs, though. That accounts for something. Body-shape, ho! [and by that I mean, yes, I have the shape of a fat 'ho. XD]
Good to hear it, Gem. <3 Keep up your good work.
