My coat is long, poofy to the point that it makes me look like that tire guy from the commercials, and really warm. It's going to be my coat for the next few years. Too bad the damn zipper broke last year, the very first year I had it.

Zippers always seem to be the first to go. Why is that?

Maybe 'cause most are made of plastic? *shrugs* And normally you don't viciously tug on other parts of your coat like you do to the zipper.

WEll here let me guess,
1. your a Guy in IRL... duh that would hurt. 2. I am one of teh youngest of 14 kids. Mostly boys... 3. I have numereous male cousins way younger then me.
I was doctor or nurse to the ones younger then me... Not to mention a retarded boyfriend at one time.
But my zippers break at inoportune times and embarasse me publicly. Hence why i don't do public speaches any more.

*deep scarlet blush acompanied by nervous laughter*
Well to make it short in Junior High School and Senior High School I was debate club member. I could chew the fate to the bone to make my point. I was liked and fear, respected and hated for it.
But I would have to give speaches and all that fun stuff because I got elected as a Secrtary on student coucil. Both times I had to do a multiple school public speech well safe to say the zipper on my skirt in JR High broke adn my skirt fell off while walking up on the platform in teh college w/ four other schools looking on. It was recorded too. Adn played the next day on the schools daily news channel.
In high school i had to do another such speech, but i was going to a High school on a military base, Teh base higher ups were there. I was wearing slacks. The zipper broke on those but i was had a belt on just in case. But the slacks were black, my undergarment was red...... When I came from behind the podium to show some graphs and charts a loud sniggering was heard. the base admiral came up and politely told me in my ear.
And two moths ago, when we got our new DM (district manager) I borrowed some nice jeans from a friend, she didnt' tell me that the zipper didn't stay up. My saving grace in front of the DM and Manager, Asst. Manager was that my white shirt was tucked in. Oh boy that was akward enough that he is 2 years my junior and boss to boot. But now a good drinking buddy.
ZIPPERS ARE EVIL!

Well, I had a pair of jeans that wouldn't stay zipped. Stupid me wore them without thinking about it because all of my other clothes were in the wash. (including every pair of underwear I owned.) I'm sure you can guess what happened. Then it decided to get stuck in the down position. Lucky for me I had a rather baggy shirt on so no one noticed. And I managed to fix it afterwards. Not a good day.
