very nice, I like how you did the eye's. for the skirt I'd say just don't make it come out so far and you'd be good 3nodding as far as the hand's drawing them is kind of wierd, but to get praportion take on hand and lay it flat so it cover's one eye then go look int he mirror. that should help you with hand praportion's
also feel free to post as many pic's as you want!

 i drew this as well, please pay no head to the girl with pink hair, i didnt draw it, my little cousin did, pay attention to the girl with purple hair, thats what i drew, its blurred.. i really should have saved it as PNG... but i think it looks better with the blur

the two i showed before were knewer, the one i just posted is very very old lol, from when i first started on paint! no wait... i started working with paint in 2003, basicly,..... ive had 3 about years of practice with it, but im still nowhere near mastering it...lol
