I thought of a good new jutsu for the Hobo-Shinobi - he forms hollow rock tentacles, then blows them up with a fireball jutsu - great attack for large numbers of weak foes

i'd say so, but Fang wouldn't waste his time using jutsus for weak foes. just beat them to hell with his fists.

He wouldnt have to - his Futokage would do if for him - and do it without using barely any chakra in the process

I have a jutsu that forms a wind funnel in front of me, it sucks in my oppenent and brings them toward me. They can't move or anything, the wind is too strong. When they get close, I just throw weapons at them. It can bring in multiple foes.

i'd say so. and then there's the Reality Maelstrom Jutsu the Fang now. it's tears apart reality, essentially making a black whose in a small area of effect.

I also have my assasain's kiss. It takes the air straight out of their lungs, but it's limited to assasain jobs, since it takes up enormous amounts of chakra.

so does Reality Maelstrom. besides, he sorta has a zonpacto (sp?) like the one from bleach.

I just have a move, nothing fancy, just a cyclone that is localized. Think of an F5 tornado, the size of a normal tree. Rips opponents apart, especially if they hit each other.
