Jessica frowns, and then stamps her foot lightly in defeat.

"Well, that sucks. Tikal...." Then something clicks. Took a couple of moments of course, but thats how things worked with her. However, she wasnt about to do anything rash. No, she was always carefull...In a casual way she nods now.

"Ya....but I had always wondered, where the heck was the rest of the city. Well, it looks like We've found it." Another thought suddenly hit her.

"Say...I wonder if the Amusment Land area is still a obstacle course. Hehe...I had always wondered why people would build dungeons and stuff like they did. I mean, come-on! Did these people have to go through the dungeons, avoid traps and such every day of their lifes? Some stuff just never made sense in some of the games I played...." She shakes her head, but is watching her new friend out of the corner of her eye, judging her reaction.

Christie walked down the steps of the station and walked out the front door ahead of Lea. "Wow... this is cool." It was like bring the game to a whole new level, a realistic level. As she glanced about she began to feel like the odd one out. She saw no animal-people, just humans going about their day on the busy streets. She stepped down the outside steps and casually began walking down the street, making sure to keep the station within her view. As she walked along, she smelt a horrible stench that stung her shriveling nose. Cigarette smoke. She sniffed around, trying to pinpoint its location. Though her nose wasn't as strong as a dog's, it did send her in a general direction of the nearby alleyway. Christie stepped lightly torward it, curious as to just how realistic this kid's game had become. Peering cautiously around the corner, she spotted a wolf that she barely recognized from earlier with a cigarette in his mouth. Letting out an anoyed huff, she rounded the corner, marched right up to him and plucked it from his mouth. "Don't smoke." she ordered in a low, even tone that demanded obedience. She knew that this had probably not have been the best way to asses the situation, but she didn't let it show and held her ground firmly. "I know it's hard, but just don't."

Kain opened his eyes to crack open and dankly looked at the Prairie dog. "And you are?" Kain said pulling out the pack and slipping another cancer stick into his mouth and lighting it, and he closed his eyes and took another long drag, nearly claiming the entire cigarette to his lungs. His eyes slowly crept back open to see that the dog was still there, "I know its not healthily, and I know its not going to kill me, but it calms me down, and helps me think clearly." Kain said as he placed the lighter and cigarettes back into his pocket. He exhaled in the opposite direction of her. The blue-gray smoke escaped out of his mouth.

The cigarette she was holding died. He had only taken two hits and it was almost gone anyway. Kain didn't care he was sure he could get them here just as easy as he could in real life.

Kain looked up, he could only see a few stars in the city's light masked the sky oh-so pleasantly. The he looked down and made another loose fist and then uncurled it, "So whats your plan? What do you plan on doing?" He has the dog and slowly looked up at her. "Surly you have some sort of plan."

(Edit: You got to be kidding me I post and everyone gets off. Not cool people. Not cool.)

((Your bad luck. D :< ))

Miles stood outside the tram station, across the road. He stood in a small open grassy area, where a large, glowing map of the area stood as a guide to Tourists. "This might have been easier had we gone to the Tram Stationt hat was in the main game. I'm shooting in the dark here." He muttered. Putting his finger on the 'you are here' arrow, he trailed the city streets, until the edge of the map. Looking at the scale of the map, he guessed the distance to the suburbs and the nearest - cheapest hotel. He put hsi finger to his chin afterwords as he stared at the map. "It's about Four miles out. That's an hour of walking." He blinked. Looking at his cash again, he wondered about it. Suddenly, he noticed a drastic change in his currency - The presidents heads were all wrong. About to throw his money down in annoyance, he stopped and thought. 'They much have changed with the world. That must mean Kayke's credit card mus-' He cut his thoughts short. "No, because she still doesn't have an account in this world. Dang it. Stuck on me again." He stared at his cash - he really hated spending the last of his money.

Staring back at the map, he wondered about public transportation - the Subway system. "If I can recall, it's really cheap to get tickets. For Five people, it should only cost me somewhere around two fifty of something." He said, and located the nearest subway - back in the tram station, down the stairs, and let out just where he needed to go. "Wonderful. More rides." He exclaimed, not to keen on walking for an hour past midnight.

Christie twitched anoyed as he put another into his mouth. "Christie." she said just as displeased. She stood there a while, just staring at him with a cold stare, but her gaze softened as he indirectly told her what was bothering him. "My plan...? My plan is to deal with only whats in front of me." she indirectly advised wisely, "Otherwise I'll end up as imobile as I was when I arrived." She silently cursed herself for being so dependent on others, but thanked god that she didn't come to this world alone. "We'll get back eventually. Think, if it was that easy to come here, so much that we did so accidentally, than it'll be just as easy to leave when the time is right." She looked back down the street to make sure that Lea hadn't followed, the sat down in the alley across from the wolf. "Now I want you to tell me... what would make a guy like yourself start smoking at such a young age." Having experience with this sort of thing thanks to her brothers 'darn brothers' she could easily tell by the way he savored each breath that he must be under increadible stress and just as desperate to free himself from it. Not to mention that he knew exactly what wrong about what he was doing, a sign that he had been smoking for a while. For a moment she reflected on herself, pleased at how easily she had gathered this info durring the present time. She was acting nicer now, not super-nice or even happy, but was honest and expected honesty in return. Not that she was demanding or pressing. She could walk away with no answer and wouldn't say a word or emit any displeasure. ((shoot. I better stop. I started rambling. sweatdrop ))

"Well then it is good that I'm to the side of you." Kain said sarcastically. He then straighten on of his legs out and left the other bent. Resting the hand with the cigarette on his knee. The paw. slowly crept to his muzzle and he took another drag off the cigarette. He kept this one in a little longer, and exhale in the direction opposite of her.

"Your question annoys me as much as it interests me, I started awhile back when I was twelve, I was under a lot of stress from school and Kendo, both drilling into my life like a knife in my side. When I smoked it took everything away, and I could focus, in school they told it was bad for your health, but to tell you the truth mentally, it couldn't be any more healthily for me. Now I'm not saying go smoke, believe me don't start. Its a horrible habit, but the effect are worth it. I'll chain smoke before I cry about losing the 'best girlfriend in the world.' You see these save my life as much as they take it away. They are anti-depressants, anger management, sanity sticks." Kain stated in a solid tone as the smoke escaped with every word he spoke.

Kain took one last hit and put out the cigarette and placed the top of his against the wall and let the blue-gray smoke escape from his mouth. "As for being young, I'm seventeen. Yeah, I'm underage by one year. Which by most standards doesn't mean anything. I never get carded so everything is good in that department."

"By the way, I'm Kain." Kain said introducing himself.

Christie listened quietly to his explaination, then started her own.

"I've got three older brothers. The eldest, Dave, was a wiz at school. He took every AP course the school had to offer and even did a business internship, got a good scholarship, went to a good college. But never graduated, never amounted to anything, and ended up back at home doing small jobs on the internet."
"My next brother, Kev, tried to live up to Dave's highschool standards and completely gave up, resorting to racism, agression, and drinking. Saddest part is that he really isn't dumb, in fact he has better senses than me most of the time, just that he gave up. Now he's always depressed and drinks away his problems at home because he got kicked out of my dad's house."
"Finally Steve. In my opinion the dumbest of the lot, but mostly because he has absolutely no decision making skills... and did drugs. In gradeschool he smoked with his friends, never had a reason except that they were doing it. He offered Kev his first cigarette and in highschool smoked pot. Ended up going to a rehab for six months. Now that he graduated he lives at my dad's house because he's the obvious favorite- and I'm not just saying that. Dad bought him a stinking i-pod and it wasn't even his birthday! Not to mention that he never has to pay back dad for paying for all his fines."

She took a deep sigh. Her memories had completely overwhelmed her, noticing the wolf sitting there she was reminded of why she had started to explain her family history to him. "A... right the point of this..." she started trying to regain her senses "You remind me of them", she said studying him a moment, "I guess I just don't want to see you end up like them." She shrugged. Then mostly to herself added quietly "I reeeeally have to stop blurting out personal information about my life to people I hardly know." "Anyway... on a lighter note, feeling any better?" She asked perking up hoping that this conversation had done something to help Kain.

Alright, that's it. HOLD IT RIGHT THAR.

I've been quiet about it. Kayke has been quiet about it. This RP is crap and boring right now. The only Senior members around here are Kayke and Fallen, it seems, and Fallen isn't even in this RP(yet).

But seriously, folks, this is out of hand. I was horribly wrong when I thought you could handle this RP. We aren't even an HOUR into the story and everyone seems to have become completely trusting of one another, and then the next moment become secluded and scared, and then they are in the other person's face - I'm looking at you, Chriserony.

Kain, Your being incredibly drama queen about all this. That is not how you'd react at all. I'm talking about the train - or the punching of the gut. Without any reason. I mean, wouldn't you be relieved to see a friend - Not punch him in the gut for calling you by your real name, in which he had no idea on why not too?

Lea... Well, I don't have much against you, but your rather nonchalant about it all, for being turned into a Sonic character. Except I was EXTREMELY PO'd on your conversation with Dianna - There were no reactions, you didn't tell each other that you were from different places, Lea, you didn't know how she traveled, for all you know she could have been on the roof, not hanging on the back.

Of course, that covers you as well, Dianna. You two start talking about the Sonic games when you both haven't acknowledged the fact the other was from Earth.

Kayke - your being anti-social, but I can see a good reason behind this - hide in you video game, like nothings wrong. At least, I hope so. >>;

Me - I"M PERFECT 4 I R ADMINMAN.

And for those who will talk about my apparent control over the situation - I don't, and I often make paragraphs on how I'm not taking it too well, but how I have to look ahead. It's the only way forward and all that.

Anyway, I'm locking this thread until FURTHER NOTICE. Complaints? Take it up in the COMPLAINTS Topic.

"Aren't we just spiffy and full of joy?" Kain said with a bit of sarcasm attached. "I'm not like any of them, this-" Kain paused for a moment. He often talked using his hands, and when he stopped talking, they continued to move a little while after he stopped talking. "They relax me ... relax me. " He said breathing out.

"But what can I say, I'm a listener not a talker. But sometime I wish that people would listen to my problems. But oh well, no big deal, I'm not going to get depressed by it, anyways." Kain said looking up. The sky was pitch black with small glittering light staring back him. "Wow, it got dark rather quickly..." Kain had lost track of time. He laid his head against the brick wall and closed his eyes for a moment to run over his options, they were few, and rather bold. Kain let out a sigh before asking "Well now what?"

Christie followed Kain's gaze up to the dark sky and a prickle of uneasyness crawled up her spine. Night... in a strange city... She shook her raising fur back into place. "Well... we try and find the others first. Then a map and a place to sleep." she said rather casual for the way she was feeling. She sat there a moment more, silently willing Kain to stand first. She wasn't used to cities, having only passed through them to get to another rural area further on, but her knowledge of them told her that it was no place to be after dark. Stories of people getting jumped and gang fights in New York flashed through her head making her feel even worse. She fidgited slightly as she added "someplace thats safe."

"Aren't we just spiffy?" Kain said now looking at her. "There isn't a safe place. Someone can always break in and take want they want. You have to fight to protect, fight to stay alive, and fight to live. We are in a constant war, people die everyday. Its our choice who lives and who dies, we are Demi-Gods, we can chose who lives and who dies, but we can't create." Kain found himself preaching.

"Sorry, I ramble and rant often." Kain said apologetically. He pressed his weight against the wall and got to his feet. He extended a paw to help her up, "Come now we have people to find. More or less to track down."

"Your not the only one." Christie said. She grabbed the wolf's paw and pulled herself up to a standing position, then released her grip and put both hands behind her back. His comment had only made her feel worse and even though she completely disagreed with what Kain had said, she didn't feel like protesting. "Well, Lea and the others were at the Station when I left so I guess we start looking there. But I have no clue where Soul went."
