Kitara used her cane to tell how far she had gone. She was searching for the duck pond. Once her cane hit water she stopped and took a step back. "Oh... I thought the pond was further ahead." she said to herself. Kitara shrugged and sat down, opening the small book she held in her left hand as she placed it in her lap. Kitara slowly traced her finger over the pages.
