It's probably going to be a long while before I can find out if thats possible.
I wouldn't be surprised if it was though.

Then there's werewolves and plantsims and...zombies...and...
...
...
I think that's it. But they just announced the release of The Sims 3, so the TS2 expansions are probably going to be dirt-cheap in a couple of months.

That's why I wait a bit to buy games and things like that...the eventual price drop. And not having the time or money to really get it when it first comes out. >.>

Yeah, that's mostly what I do. But the downside to that is by the time you actually -do- get the thing, everybody else's moved on to other things. I mean, I'm only now getting into Halo 3, and I don't have a 360 so I'm saving up for one. By the time I'll be able to afford it, everyone who -WAS- playing Halo 3 will probably be playing Call of Duty 5.5 or Chromehounds 2

Yeah, that's the down side to it. :/
But TS3 isn't even coming out till '09 so it'll be a while before there's dirt cheap expansion sets for TS2. But they are having a sign-up for people who want to help test it. =D

Ya, totally. ninja
But all it says right now is that by signing up you have a chance to offer feedback on things in development and be a VIP. And something about getting a Founding Member status.
Edit: In my lameness I called the sim I'm going to torment "Ima Gonnadie", so clever right? >.>

Malcolm Landgraab was a character in Simcity 3000, he was a two-faced soulless proprietor of highly questionable property business transactions, like the 100-acre megacasino, or the 25-acre toxic waste processing and public distribution center? Yeah. Anyway, his great great grandson shows up in Open for Business, and I don't like the way the character is portrayed. So...I ******** with him as much as I can! ^_^
I boolpropped a satellite to fall on him, and recorded it. It now shows up on simstation news biggrin

Yeah, and even more fun to have your better remake of the original sim watch his predecessor die on nation-wide television >.>

Just after 3 "days" and a fully stocked fridge in his pen, Ima Gonnadie totally lived up to his name. I mean is it that hard to open a fridge.
