Jordiar stared slightly, at the illusion, in his mind trying to figure out how it was done, but shook his head and blushed when he reilized he really was staring, looking at the water. He nodded, smiling. "O-okay! But to warn you, I'm not that great of a runner!" He smiled and fingered his little vial of water, not bothering to shed his clothes.

Hotari blushed softly as she watched Jordiar look her over, bringing a hand to her mouth to muffle her soft laughter. That's okay, Jordi, I'm not a great runner either, especially over sand. With another soft laugh, she bounces from where she stands to move over the sand, continuing to bounce over the sand rather than run, as it simply seemed easier than trying to actually sprint over the uneven, unstable surface.

Jordiar half-ran after her, slipping once but regaining his balance. He had a fairly fluid run, not quite running in a straight line to keep himself from falling again. He let out a laugh as he almost slipped again, wondering why he was having fun just running, and wondering when the last time had that much fun.

Hotari looked back to Jordiar, smiling brightly as she watched the boy run after her, and giggled as she slowed her pace to let him catch up, mostly simply because she wanted him to test the tempurature of the water first. Hurry up, Jordi!!

"It's hard to run on this!" Jordiar called back, almost slipping again and falling forward. He regained his balance and kept on going. He then did loose his balance, falling forward onto his face. He lifted his head and began to spit out the sand on his lips, blinking.

Hotari gasped as she watched Jordiar fall, but near errupted with laughter as she watched him spit sand. Are you alright, hon? she called as she made her way back to the boy with careful steps, not wanting to join him face-first in the sand despite the amusement she pulled from his fall.

Jordiar sat up, coughing a little as he continued to spit out sand, and rubbed at his eyes. "Y-yeah," he said, then laughed a little. "It's a very slippery surface!"

Hotari crouched beside Jordiar in the sand, blushing faintly as she offered a hand to help him up. Take your shoes off, silly, let your toes grab the sand to help you move. She offered this advice with a nod, her smile too broad to conceal any further.

Jordiar took it and stood up, though mostly of his own accord, laughing at himself sheepishly. "I suppose! But it seems hot. And dry." He picked some up in his hands, letting it fall slowly from his fingertips. "Won't it hurt?"

It'll just help you to run faster! Hotari giggled, blushing faintly as she gave Jordiar's hand a gentle squeeze and shifted her weight some, the warm sand heating up her feet right quickly with her paused movement.

"I guess you know more about this than I do." Jordiar smiled and reached down, unlacing his shoes only a tiny bit, before pulling them off along with some socks. He stuck the socks in the shoes, then let the shoes rest in the sand.
He wiggled his toes, feeling the new sensation of sand against them.

Come on! the dark haired girl giggled, tugging the silver haired boy along with her as she turned to sprint towards the water again, her hand still holding his snugly.

Jordiar followed closely behind, laughing a little, tickled slightly by the sand under his feet.

Hotari let go of Jordiar's hand as they got to the cold, wet sand, and she manuevered right gracefully through the gentle waves until she was waist deep, though she had to shift her weight and sort of sway back and forth to keep from sinking ankle-deep into the sand. With a blush and a shiver, she held her hand out for the silver haired boy. Come on in, Jordi! It's not too cold. Her laughter rang over the sound of the water, and she sort of waggled her fingers at the other to coax him in after her.

Angelica grinned, pulling Harley by the hand onto the sandy beach. "See this is nice right?", she said. Angelica dragged Harley further, near the water where the ocean lapped at the sand. Kicking the water up onto Harley she laughed.
