((I see I might need to update Kail's stats too. Once I take my bio final in 5 hours I'll move the Araethos thread along. I'm going to move us to a point where we can drop off luc and maybe bring in another character to finish it. We are just about to get where it gets interesting.))

Perrian walks into the cafe for the first time and sits at a table. He heard that Nukunuku was selling a fighter mage ap and that is one thing he needed. He put 400 chips on the table and hoped that would draw some attention to him from Nukunuku. He also hoped he could somehow work the price of the thing down from 500 chips to 400 chips plus an item of his, if needed.

Fury runs into the Cafe, sweat dripping from his brow. "Am I to late? I hurried as best I could to gather the 500 chips for AP Fighter Mage. Here they are." Fury lays the chips down on the counter, next to Perrian's." I see this young Healer beat me to you. But He appears to be short." Fury turns to Perrian, a look of concern upon his face. "Is there anything I can do or offer you to encourage you to withdraw your bid? This would mean a lot to me. Anything I can offer you is yours for the taking, Master Healer."

Perrian nodded. "I see you have worked hard to get that amount. Nothing of yours interests me. I will withdraw because you are my friend. Good luck in using the AP Fighter Mage. I'll find my own someday." Perrian said. "I will be leaving now. If you wish to find me because there is another for sale or one that I may find, you could find me at the Tavern." Perrian said and then walked to the tavern.

It's the first time she's ever gone to an establishment that wasn't a bar (usually to replenish her dwindling supplies of the Elvish Crystal Whiskey that keeps the Fire in check, but today she has decided to fly solo), and she ponders the menu as though it were an alien thing.*
