"Yes, sir I'm ready. Can you teach me some basic Jutsu this time? Well maybe after some practice throwing and fighting with Kunai knives?" Shinzu gave the evil exotic ramen one last death glare (>.>) before turning back to Andou to see what he said they where going to do next.

Andou chuckled a bit at Shinzu's request. "Remember, I said I wouldn't teach you any techniques until you gained a bit more competence at chakra control. Practise that a bit more first," he told his student. "If you work on that a bit more, maybe I can teach you a technique in the next lesson, or maybe even at the end of the day. Depends on how fast you work."
He nodded at the ramen master for the bill and paid him, satisfied at a meal well cooked. Well, at least one person enjoyed their meal... then he got him and beckoned Shinzu to follow. "Well, back to the training fields then. Next on the agenda is practising throwing kunai. And then..." the same challenging streak once again passed through Andou's eyes, "maybe you can spar with my clone. Being thrown into the situation is the best way to learn, after all." With an unspeakably evil aura surrounding him Andou walked back to the academy.
[i just realised that i graded your exp already (for the shuriken). fail me. rofl ]

"C'mon I mean the worst that could possibly happen is that we're both stuck in a Genjutsu we can't get of." He shrugged it off as if it wasn't anything major. "I can work hard though, if it means I get to learn jutsus." Shinzu just stared at Andou as he mentioned fighting his clone, a look of despair went across Shinzu's face he wasn't ready for that yet, was he? However he got up and followed Andou out, he was still excited about learning at the academy.

[Enter from ceremonial stage]

Hiru walked in a bit bored and desperately looking for something to keep his mind off the exam he'd just took. Cleaning that stage had done its job for a while but he was still nervous about getting those results. Visibly preoccupied he sat down at the counter and quicly got lost in his thoughts.
"What's wrong there sport?", a voice behind the counter asked. Hiru raised his eyes and noticed the bald shopkeeper who had just adressed him. He was a fairly well built man in a perfectly neat cook uniform. Clearly a professional.
"I'm looking for something to do around here but it seems even though this whole village came back from near destruction no one has any use for a ninja academy student..." he answered. "Oh a ninja are you? Are you here about the add I posted about 3 months ago?! I've been waiting for one of you guys to come here forever! I was convinced you had forgotten about me!", announced the cook, clearly surprised and overjoyed by this discovery. He ran back into his kitchen to look for something. For a few seconds the only sounds that could be heard was tmetal thrown against the metal of pans and food being thrown left and right. After a while, the chef came out with a dirty mission post in his hand. He dropped it in front of Hiru and crossed his arms with a satisfied look on his face.
"Interested?", he asked. Hiru couldn't help but smile when he read what the mission was about: Swimming.
Ramen shop needs more crab Description: The Ramen shop owner has been catered to throw a party but needs some more crab for his seafood special. Go to the ocean and catch 15 king crabs. Requirements: Swim skill: 11, 30 post of five lines each, or 15 successful spot checks DC: 16 Member(s) assigned: Rewards: 25+ base exp, 5 ryo + more for notable actions Pass or Fail:
Now Hiru was a pacifist, but he was still a Hoshigaki nonetheless. Even though he did not like hurting living beings, hunting for food was something even he found perfectly acceptable.
"I'll be right back!", Hiru cheerfully said, leaving for the shoreline.

((Let's say it's this ramen shop xd ))
DC > 17 = fail (edit: same result if diplomacy, but you almost have him...)
The shopkeeper walked behind his counter from his kitchen to find a weird kid with bi coloured hair, piercings that would make a girl look precious and a shirt that he most likely wouldn't fit in for another 4 yesrs.
"Maybe I have, maybe I haven't. What's it to you kid?", the bartender asked, visibly not caring much for this conversation.

"What it is to me? I am a part of the ninja society of the hidden mist. Shouldn't the first thing that comes to mind, when seeing a ninja in need, that you should just provide with any assistance neccesary? After all, I am protecting this village where you live and work in." his voice was calm, and his stance was one that let his arms rest over the counter. People started to create a line, but it was something that Masanori did not concern himself about

DC < 25 = success
That kid must have really known what he was doing because as little as the cook cared about the twirp who said was protecting him day and night (yeah right!), as much he cared for the satisfaction of his customers who were lining up more and more waiting to be served.
"Okay I'll tel you, but just get out of my store! Three guys came over this morning with the weirdest thing I'd ever seen in a cage. It was the hugest crab you'd ever seen! Taller than a normal human! Plus the thing had a gold claw, don't know why they painted that on there...", the bartender explained.
"Well anyway they wanted to sell it to me first for a ridiculous price, and then, when the crab almost cuy the head off one of the guys, they wanted to sell it for not that much. Obviously I had nothing to do with something so big so they said they'd try to find crab hunters on the shoreline who could be interested or if they couldn't they'd go to the harbor to try and sell it to the gastronomists in the Fire Country.", the chef concluded.
"Now scram kid, you've wasted enough of my time!"

After carefully listening to the ramen-chef, he bowed in gratidue and ran off, with the crap holding a tight grip around his shirt. "Okay! So first of we are going to the Shoreline to see if they are still there, if they are not. Hopefully Hiru will have caught up fast enough, so I could explain about the kidnappers to then let Hiru use the Shunshin no jutsu to travel to the docks. Then I'll run after him by foot, hopefully Shinzu has gotten some news of this as well."

Taka entered the Ramen shop, with Batsu in tow. "Hello Shippo two menus please." He told the owner of the shop as he took a seat on the bar. "OK, Batsu I should warn you the items here a bit exetreme. Only real ninja can handle them, think you can?" He told the boy in all seriousness as the menus arrived.

Batsu followed in behind his sensei and hearing what was said, his eyebrows went up in curiosity. He had never been to a ramen shop before and since Taka-sensei said that everything was extreme he grew skeptical. However, Batsu was hungry and since he was getting a free meal, who was he to complain. However, since he wasn't a 'real ninja' in his own mind, the boy decided to take the weakest ramen availiable and eat.
The boy looked at the menu and saw the contents. Immediately, without knowing, he spoke out loud. Yeah, I'll definitely go with the miso."

Taka scoffed slightly as Batsu said he was going with the Miso. "Come on now Batsu at least try the Shio, there's no use in taking the easy way out." Taka said as Shippo came over and asked if they'd decided what they wanted. "Yes I'll have the Spicy Ramen, Shippo." Taka said with the grin and Shippo laughed, somehow he knew Taka would order that. He wrote down Taka's ordered and turned to the young Batsu read yot take his order.

Batsu looked at Taka-sensei and grumbled a bit, in jest of course. The boy was issued a challenge and he was not one to back down. So he looked at the older man and flashed a friendly smile. "Shio ramen please, since my sensei dared me." He handed the menu back to the owner and cut his eyes back to Taka-sensei. "And if anything happens to me, it's your fault."

Shippo laughed slightly and went to the back of the shop to begin cooking thier ramen. In the meantime Taka turned to Batsu, good Batsu had taken up on his challenge he'd need to keep being that brave and determined keep up with the Hoshigakis. "Ok Batsu tell me why did you want to become a ninja and what are you goals?" Like many, many Senseis before him Taka asked the same question, and in the same spot in fact, as they had asked of thier young students.

Never before had Batsu been asked the question. Not by his parents, siblings, ANYONE But to be honest, it wasn't something he'd ever thought about either. The boy looked up at the ceiling and pondered the question for a bit before answering. "Well... the main reason why I want to be a shinobi is because of my older siblings. Each one of the became well-versed in genjutsu. Not only that, I am a believer in serving my village when I can and being a shinobi was the best way to go about it, so here I am."
Batsu looked back to his sensei and responded to his second question. "As far as what I want, my goal is to be one of... if not THE best shinobi in my family. I want to make my family proud... to prove that the youngest sibling can and will do exceptional things. I want to become a stronger me day by day. I don't care what anyone says, I am gonna make it." The boy's eyes were burning as he stared hard as his sensei. The boy was driven beyond measure. He wanted to prove that fishboy wrong. It was clear that everything that fishboy said to him, about him, was taken to heart. It became his biggest motivation.
