Aphrodite smiled but shook her head. "No I really need to get home. I can rest there and let everyone know I'm alright. Plus I can freshen up." She said, "So you're going to see your parents.... well Fiorenza should be at my home. I don't know where Enigma is."

Kuoni nodded, then shoook her head. "I'm not sure where he'd be." She stood up and headed for the bedroom door. "Tilly? Do you know where daddy is?"
Tilly frowned in thought. "No. He goes off on his own little trips. It could last a whole day. Never says where he goes."

Aphrodite stood and followed Kuoni. "Well that's a bit of a problem when you're trying to find him." She said, "I guess you can always start with your mom then worry about finding your dad."

Tilly nodded. "Yeah. You should go to your mom first." She looked back toward the window. "I'd bet he's out in the woods right now." She turned back and pawed at Kuoni. "I don't think he ever stopped looking for you. go find Fiorenza. Maybe you'll catch him along the way." She smiled brightly, then turned back to the room.
Kuoni sighed. "I guess it'll have to be Fiorenza." She looked at Tilly with wide eyes. "You really think so? If he comes back before we do, keep him here." She looked up at Aphrodite. "I guess this means I get to help you home too." She looked down the hall to the stairs, whos entry suddenly seemed to be closing in on itself. 'Fiorenza'

Aphrodite nodded. "Well that is very helpful to me." She said waving goodbye to Tilly, "Well let's go then Kuoni." She walked out of the room and into the hall. She then began heading for the stairs but paused to pet Kuoni on the head. "It'll be alright... Uh can you show me where the stairs are? I don't feel like falling down them."

"Huh? Oh." Kuoni cleared her throat. "Right. It's, uh, five feet, then there're the stairs." Kuoni stepped down the stairs and headed out the door.
Just outside the door she paused. "Which way is it?" She asked, a bit of hesitation still in her voice.

Aphrodite carefully felt her way to the stairs and walked down them. She then followed Kuoni out the door and paused. "Hm.... It should be that way." She said pointing to the northwest. She began walking in that direction.

Kuoni followed after the anthro. When the reached the woods, she started paying more attention to the smells around her. If Enigma was out her and close by, she wanted to know right away.
Unfortunatly, the one trace of him was old and not worth following. They reached an area that was becomeing concentrated with specific wolf scents. "We're getting close, aren't we?" She asked almost fearfully.

Aphrodite sniffed the air and nodded. "Yeah. We're getting closer but we still have a little ways to go." She said. As she walked she ended up on a hidden path that was well worn. "Now that we're on this little path a clearing should appear soon."

Kuoni nodded silently. She was going to see Fiorenza soon. Most likely Vipin too. What was she going to do, or say? To figure that out, Kuoni had to think back to the day she ran away. She was an adult now, and could hopefully look at it from a better, more mature perspective. She reluctantly lost herself in thought for a while...
And she could see. She still didn't think she was entirely at fault, but running away had been a severe overreaction. How silly and emotional she had been. But would she be able to accept an apology from Vipin? And would they really accept hers?
She stubbed her paw against a stone, which brought her back from her thoughts. "Ow..." She grumbled. She looked around. "Okay. We just entered the clearing."

Aphrodite looked down at Kuoni. "Are you alright?" She said nodding, "Well then the cabin should be right there." As sure enough it was. It was still in pretty bad condition on the outside, paint was peeling and the roof over the porch was sagging. "So are you ready?"

"Just stubbed my paw." Kuoni mumbled. She slowed slightly when she saw the cabin.
"I don't know." She said. "But ready or not, I have to see her. Seeing, I should deal with. Speaking. Apologizing." She shook her head. "We'll see how it goes." She lead Aphrodite up to the door. "Where?"

Aphrodite nodded. "Okay. Well let's go in." She said opening the door, "Hello?! Is anyone here?" She stepped into the cabin and waited for an answer.
Fiorenza was laying down in Blue's room like she always did these days. Her ears flicked when she heard someone call out but she didn't respond. Perhaps they would go away.... before she slipped again.
Vipin walked out of the moonlits room when he heard someone call out. He spotted Aphrodite and wagged his tail. "Hey you're back!" He said, "We were wondering what had happen to you."

Kuoni held her breath when aphrodite called out. Maybe they wouldn't be home? She heard a voice respond and she instantly tensed, one paw inside the door. She remembered that voice... A bit of old anger bubble up, and she tried to repress it, but after so long of holding onto it... it was hard.
Taking a deep breath, she stood as tall and confident as she could, keeping her face as neutral as possible, and stepped forward. When her eyes came upon the child, she couldn't keep a flash of anger from her eyes, nor a quick grimace from her maw. She quickly reset her face. "Hello... Vip- in." She said in a barely controlled voice, though it caught as she said his name.

"Hello Vipin. I've been out searching for Kuoni and just happened to got lost." Aphrodite said sighing. It just had to be Vipin who answered her call. She then turned her head when Kuoni spoke. This wasn't quite what she wanted to happen. "Could you tell us where Fiorenza is?"
Vipin froze when Kuoni walked in and anger flashed across her face for a quick moment. His ears laid back against his head and his tail drooped until it was between his legs. She was still angry at him... Well of course she is! You were such an a** back when then. How could she not be mad?! He thought to himself. "H-hello..." He whispered practically laying on the floor, "Grandma is in Blue's room..." He gave Kuoni a sad yet scared glance before running back into the room he came from.
