..only if you drink excessively, and by that I mean 10+ units // day. In moderation it is safe, enjoyable and can in fact be of benefit to your health. Red wine, for example, is proven to reduce the risk of heart attacks if heart-disease sufferers drink one glass every day. It's actually given out for free in hospitals now, in the UK, to all heart-disease patients. 3nodding

My windows is in chinese so yea...
but you should have a language tab on the taskbar.
Hehe, this reminds me of when one of my friends wanted to know how to type chinese on his comp. I was teaching him on msn and had to go through several screen shots and lots of explaining sweatdrop .
