to be honest as awsome as that would be sometimesd it seems possible for technology to become to advanced. its always possible with holograms and other technologies of that level could cause the human element to become unesasary. by which i mean not necesarily the end of humanity but the idea that the actions and interactions that make us human are no longer needed.
of course this comes from a guy who grew up watching movies like terminator and other sci-fi action films so i can be a bit pecimistic about massive technological advances at times ^^'

as someone who has also watched alot of the terminator movies, the matrix, I-robot, and other sci-fi - I know what you mean
but we have to try, otherwise we will never know

I try to think the glass is half full, ya know? We made movies about it, so we can learn from that and be able to still live on, through the huge advances of technology.

People are willing to change, just not the relative majority. So it is really hard to tell where we are really going, future-wise.
