aelliflame Yoko growled, he senced that his barrier was going to break soon, so he used his power to have the roots attack Hiei by grabbing him and squeezing him like a python would. When this happened the barrier lost its power and the attack hit him, causing Yoko to fall to the ground. He was able to get back up after the fall, but he had to transform back into Kurama, although the roots continued their attack. Hiei's aura died down, and he struggled to grab his katana, managing to reach it and cut the roots, escaping.

Kurama stood up staggering slightly and pulled out his rose whip as he looked for Hiei.

aelliflame Kurama stood up staggering slightly and pulled out his rose whip as he looked for Hiei. Hiei had concealed his energy, and was moving around too fast for even a good demon to keep track of. But he knew Kurama could probably still get a vague idea of where he was.

Kurama found that he could only tell the vague area of where Hiei was. He pulled out another rose and made the petals fly around him and in the diection of Hiei. They were going so fast they were about as sharp as razors.

Some of the rose petals continued to zoom around Kurama and his sniffed the air getting a better idea of where Hiei was because of the scent of his blood. He ordered some of the remaining roots to chase after him and block his path so that it would be easier for him to be located and he could attack with his rose whip.

Hiei zig-zagged, trying his best not to get cut any more than possible.

Kurama lashed his rose whip out trying to hit Hiei as the roots slowed his progress and attcked him.

aelliflame Kurama lashed his rose whip out trying to hit Hiei as the roots slowed his progress and attcked him. Hiei continued to dodge, getting a few more cuts. If he didn't get back on the offencive, he wouldn't get anywhere. He formed fireballs in his hands, thowing them at Kurama whenever he had a chance.

Kurama dodged the fireballs but some of his clothes and hair got singed by them as he continued to lash out.

aelliflame Kurama dodged the fireballs but some of his clothes and hair got singed by them as he continued to lash out. Hiei increased the number of fireballs he threw, a few going blindly away, but the majority of them still heading for their mark.

Kurama dodged the majority of the fireballs but still got burnt in a few places. That wasn't the only problem for him either, the fireballs were burning down most of the roots so the battlefield was quickly becoming a burning inferno.

That wasn't the only problem for him either, the fireballs were burning down most of the roots so the battlefield was quickly becoming a burning inferno. Hiei wasn't effected by the heat. He was, after all, a fire-demon. It would take a lot more fire to get him worried.

((I''m going to defeat myself now xd . I don''t want to drag the fight out any longer and Kurama would be effected by the heat...))
The flaming roots above them fell and some of them landed on Kurama, the heat became too much for him. It was already over 300 degrees and he passed out, his human body couldn''t take any more of the heat even with it''s demon protection. Yoko, afterall, wasn''t a fire demon.

"...I win." Hiei said, walking over to his friend and getting him a safe distance away from the fire. Once he set Kurama down, he sighed. "...Good fight..." He muttered, colapsing from the effort of the fight.
