4. I'm on eastern time. mostly at 5 thorough 9:30 on weekdays. on the weekends it's 2 thorought (late) anyway

i really and i mean really need a sensai, learning japanese is difficult espicially kanji. I am on gaia mostly around this time, so can any one be my sensai please.

- No need to teach me any of the alphabets or anything, because I think I can learn that on my own. But what I really need is to improve on conversational speaking. domokun

2. level of Japanese: beginner; I know most kana (not so sharp on the katakana, but I'm working on that) and a few basic kanji (but I basically can't write them at all). I can understand more Japanese than I can speak/write.
3. Your preferred means of communication: e-mail or MSN messenger/windows live
4. hours you are usually online: Depends; never on thursdays, most of the time on the weekends, and the afternoons the rest of the time.

3. Whatever's easier for the sensai I suppose, although I do prefere MSN or Yahoo.
4. I live in Queensland (Australia) and I am usually on from 5-7pm.

-dont know kanji and dont know the theory behind it
-knows some basic grammar

4. the hours you are usually online (try to adjust them to Pacific Standard Time, just to make it easier) so you can get paired up with someone who will actually be online the same time as you.
Im online for the biggest time of the day. (+1, Amsterdam time)

Hours: (What areas include Pacific time?) I'm usually on sometime after 5pm. Sometimes I get on during my lunch which from 12:55-12:25. My mom makes my do chores so sometimes I can't get on. On Saturdays and Sundays I can only get on after 12 or until after I've finished laundry and chores xd

4. Maybe even the hours you are usually online (try to adjust them to Pacific Standard Time, just to make it easier) Right now, I'm online almost all the time. However my peak hours are usually during evenings in Eastern Time.
I'm not only looking for a sensei but also a virtual penpal/friend wrapped into one cool package. Someone who I can learn a lot about the Japanese culture as well as the language. I have an extensive vocabulary when it comes to English, so I don't mind, at all, in helping you in anyway, if you still have some trouble with the language.
