"Bring up the Brazilian Government." Neko said to her secretary. It was about time they got a little taste as to just how much of a genious she was. The videoline popped up and the president of Brazil faced Neko over the videophone.

"General Migurashi."

"Senor Presidente." Neko said back. The formal greeting. "Good to see you."

"I'm not happy to see you though...Just what in God's name are you doing!? Going to war without the government's consent! You'd need our fin...-"

"Mr. President." Neko cut him off. "Shut your wide trap for one second and stop accusing me of something I have not yet done." The President looked like he wanted to say something in retort but her icy stare sent chills up his spine.

"What is it?"

"Good. You're listening. We have not yet gone to war but I assure you, we will. And it will be our greastest victory yet. They may have gotten a few of my less harmful substances but you will see the extent of my power. No one will be able to stand in my way. The GLA will die. And, to be sure no one interferes..."

Especially not you.

"...we have set up many various means of watching you. Send any sort of message to any of our enemies or even our allies without my knowledge and you will be sure to never wake up again. Line Terminated."

The phone shut off and She smiled to herself, settling down in a chair, her plans laid out before her.

"Inform my generals we will be attacking at dawn. The plan proceeds as follow and anyone caught out of the camp will face me."

Dr. Gen waited several hours as a prodution line of mutated eggs were incubated. Since they were essentially clones, they would grow and mature faster than others, but would live twice as long. As he pulled off the wrapper of an energy bar and popped the top off of a Full Throttle, one of the eggs began to rock back and forth. He lazily pressed three buttons on the console and watched as the heat turned down a bit so the dragons may emerge more comfortably. Every egg began to rock slowly, before scratching noises made themselves apparent. As the eggs were pierced by the egg tooths, Stephen crushed the can and tossed it into the recycling bin. He got up and strolled over to the glass and peered in close as the baby komodos scrambled for cover, which he had placed around the ground. Gen pressed a button on the door, and gas poured in through vents on the ceiling. The komodos were out minutes later as the chloroform gas intoxicated them.

Stephen Gen slipped the control collar on the last dragon, patting it on the head as it stared at him, half asleep. Stephen enjoyed sharing a bond between himself and his creatures, as this allowed for efficient progress and high morale. Dr. Gen got up and sat down on one of the rocks inside of the habitat. He was tired, rubbing his eyes from lack of sleep.

Day four-Dawn.

If one looked closely under the dark of dawn, one would see a massive army of cars and infantry. A helicopter hovered overhead, watching the footroops.

"Go my army, go." Neko muttered. Three people were in the copter. The flyer, herself and her special soldier who had unexplained resistance to every chemical she had thrown at him. He was her last resort in case she did have to send a atom bomb down there.

But that was only if.

"Dr. Stephen Gen..." She tried to contact him. "How are you fairing? Hope you are well. If you answer me, and have a nearby source of telecommunication or Television, turn it to channel 48 int. B and you will see something quite amazing."

Dr. Gen pressed his finger on the ear bud in his left ear and listened to General Neko and nodded. He looked to the almost fully matured komodo dragons, getting up from the log. They weren't like their wild counterparts, but were passive-aggressive; violent only when agitated. Stephen walked to the door and left the habitat, heading to his computer screen. There he pressed several buttons and found a video feed. There was an army, several hundred thousand vehicles and arrangements of foot soldiers littering the ground like a parade of destruction. He watched with detached amusement, not knowing whether or not this was a motion of gloating or aggression. He shrugged, keying several other commands in and ordering for his own detachment of soldiers to begin their assault on the mountainside.

A half-hour later, he turned on his other view screen and watched as a troop of twenty or so velociraptors lost themselves in the forests. Out of Dr. Gen's sight, the lead raptor looked at the two at his side. They nodded and broke formation, ready for a guerrilla attack on a convoy of Chechnyan citizens attempting to vacate their village. The leader hissed and ran several miles Northeast to the right of the road.

Hundreds of unarmed men and women trekked across the freshly paved asphalt, seeking refuge from the army just three miles from their abandoned village. Children watched the two-story high cliffs on either side nervously, for stories of monsters and demons were muttered in privacy. A glint in the trees registered as a falling dewdrop, but it was actually the eyes of a black feathered velociraptor, looking to its comrades across the road for recognition. Everyone was in position for the ambush.

"Impressive isn't it..." Neko said. "So don't worry about the GLA anymore." She turned it off and watched her soldiers march.

And don't worry about anything soon. Soon, I will make their army my army, gain knowledge wherever I can or decimate everyone in my way. I will become ruler of the world and no one will stop me. Not even you Doctor Gen.

Dr. Gen nodded as the image from the primary screen swapped over to the image that had been on the secondary, that of his aerial probe. It watched the velociraptors hunting intently, and now Stephen saw through its eye.

The lead raptor struck, tearing into the now-panicking line. Nineteen other raptors struck from the other side, corralling those who attempted to escape. They made quick work of the hundred of men, women and children who attempted to run. "Such a waste." The raptor said. He looked to the last children, but before he could kill them, Dr. Gen's voice filled his ear bud. "Stop. They're only children. I want you to take them prisoner... I need some fodder for my latest creation." He said, lying to make it seem as if he was still being his heartless self. In truth, Stephen did have diabolical plans, but those that would alter the children genetically, not physically.

Moments later, the children found themselves in a white lab room. It was cold and smelled of alcohol, disinfectant and formaldehyde. A man with silver hair and black clothing stared at them through reflective goggles, which looked like frightening white eyes. "Children... I know you must confused. But I assure youl, what I did was neccesary. Your parents are leading themselves into self destruction, and were sending you to a terrorist training camp. You would've been walking bombs." He told them bluntly. "I offer you salvation... a way out of a doomed existance."

((If that is so...I don't want to RP with just two generals. I will take over one of the other generals if necessary.))

((You're welcome to grab Masamune's character if you want. He's not coming back for sure.))
Dr. Gen held a suringe in his hand and held it up to the light, releasing some air from it and flicking the needle to get off the contaminated liquid recess. Stephen looked back at the three. "This will make you stronger, faster, and more agile than any other human alive today... other than the ones you'll find here. Only a few nastly little side-affects, but everything comes at a cost, eh?" He asked them. The oldest stood boldly and said, "You killed my family, my village, and destroyed my life. I would kill you before I served you." He pulled a bucknife from his pocket, flipped it open, and charged. Dr. Gen stood calmly until the boy went if for a stab, before tripping him with a simple slight of hand and foot. The boy dived face-first and landed hard on the cold, white floor.

((Masamune it is and he will have a little start over.))

"What! You're sure about that?" General Bisecker stood at the videocomm. looking at his leading commander.

"Very sure sir. General Migurashi from the Brazilian military is on the move against the GLA." His commander reported.

"s**t...that woman has enough explosives to blow up the world if she wanted and lacks the conscience to do it too." Bisecker, leader of the SOuth Korean and Japanese airforce divisions put a hand to his head and thought. He needed to know abotu the other commanders too. "And what about the others? Has she had any contact with anyone? Has anyone been building up?"

"Well sir, General Migurashi has been in contact a great deal with a man, Dr. Stephen Gen who we believe has gone into hiding somewhere in Russia. We followed General Migurashi when she went flying."

"Good man. Just like I asked. Well, let's see if this Dr. Gen can shed any light on this predicament."

"Not wise sir."

"Why not?" Gneral Bisecker had no time for his commanders giving him orders.

"Well, sir, one of the things uncovered was that he had studied genetics and we're not sure what he is doing. For all we know, he could possibly not even be in Russia anymore."

"I don't care...wait..fine. Contact Genreal Migurashi for me then."
-----

"What can I do you for General?" Neko's voice was sickly sweet. "No doubt that you only called due to what I can see going on down below me..."

"Do you have any idea what you are doing!?" Bisecker barked. "You could make that entire area into a radiated sinkhole!"

"So? If it puts the GLA ut of their misery then I will do what I have to. Surely you know what kind of threat they pose. In a matter of hours, my troops will be at their front door and they will have no chance."

"You will fail. Yes, they are a threat because they have made a massive army and have several weapons that could be super destructive."

"I will phone you when I win, General Bisecker. Goodbye and have fun sitting back and relaxing in a big chair. I'm doing you a favor. You should be grateful."

And with that, the screen went dark.

The children put up no fight as one by one, they each received a full syringe of mutagen. Dr. Gen didn't have time to keep track of their results, so he turned them over to his lead scientists. Project KOMODO, though, was working along quite nicely. Although they were large and cumbersome, the dragons were fast and worked well in teams of three. Stephen instantly began deploying them all around the area; they could corrode metal and flesh alike, using the unique chemical to decimate areas from a long way off; or close up, if the situation was ugly enough.

Miles off, Chechnya's war machine churned slowly. Modified Hummers and trucks raced towards a small village where reports say every member was slaughtered. General Ahmed Al-Tikriti sat crouched down in a trailer on the back of one of the trucks, hunkered down with sandbags and Republican Guard members holding SA W's. The genius man specialized in vehicles and individual strength, making his soldiers have a higher morale and better weapons as well as high-resistance body armor. The passenger looked over to him. "We are miles away from the Russian general. His stronghold is well fortified, and monsters have been identified patroling the area." The man said. "Monsters? No children's fairytale will separate me from eternal unworldly pleasures." Ahmed muttered back. The man turned around and looked straight ahead, knowing not to argue although he had seen the beasts himself.

Machinegun fire struck the side of the lead Hummer. It burst into flame and toppled over on its side, skidding to a halt. Ahmed heard the crash and leaned over the side, staring at the crash. But no gunners... where were they?
