Current discipline(s) you are training in: I unfortunately don't ride anymore, but i use to do dressage and a lil bit of jumping.

If so, what is it's name, breed, color, size?: ...
Do you have a favourite lesson horse?: Nahh, i like to ride a variety of horses, it gives you more entertainment!
Anything Else: I had to stop horse riding a few months ago since i was too busy with school work, but i really, really miss it!

Years working with Horses: Around 11.
Current discipline(s) you are training in: Western (trail, pleasure, barrel racing, I'd LOVE to learn reining). English (hunters, jumpers, minimal dressage, pleasure, lower level eventing). Of course I can also ride bareback and I'll ride in ANY saddle you put me. Oh, and I can drive horses.
Do you own (or lease) your own horse?: I own my own horse.
If so, what is it's name, breed, color, size?: 2 year old American Paint filly named Bella. She's a grulla with some pretty awesome markings on her. She's around 15.2 hands right now with room to grow. I'm currently training her with hopes of showing her as a Jumper or in Eventing when she's older. My boyfriend also rides her every now and then. I have TONS of pictures and a few videos if anyone would like to see her!
Do you have a favourite lesson horse?: I don't currently take lessons, once I pick them up again I'll be riding my horse of course. But my favorite lesson horse from when I was a kid was a 16 hand chestnut Thoroughbred gelding named Jim. I almost bought him but when we had the vet check him out she determined that he should not be jumping and so I decided not to buy and even changed lesson horses because I refused to be the cause of him becoming injured because I was jumping at the time.
Anything Else: I'm 19, training my own horse. I'm a very friendly and happy person and I'll ALWAYS tell it to you straight. I do not consider myself a professional trainer but I do consider myself a good source if you have questions or concerns. I have NEVER had a horse get seriously injured while I was working with it exclusively. I started my own horse and in 5/6 months she went from having NEVER seen a ring to being able to be ridden under tack. Yes she has her problems but honestly, she's much calmer than my boyfriend's trained 8 year old gelding.

Anything Else: Draft horses are the best. Shires, gypsy cobs, clydes, and especially draft crosses and warmblood :p the bigger the better!

Current discipline(s) you are training in: A little bit of everything - I started with English hunter/jumper, did a tiny bit of dressage, and am currently picking up some Western riding. I'm also just getting started on natural horsemanship. That is, when I get the chance to ride at all...
Do you own (or lease) your own horse?: Not currently.
Do you have a favorite lesson horse?: That I've ridden recently: Sweets. He's a quarter horse/mustang cross, beautiful boy and is learning so fast!
Anything Else: I majored in Animal Science, and recently worked as the Equestrian Director at a summer camp!

My name's Marilyn, though you can call me whatever you'd like. I'm sixteen years old and live in Pennsylvania. I've never ridden a horse, and few times have I gotten to see them in person. I cannot afford to lease a horse or get lessons. I've been thinking of a career with horses but my mother and sister tell me not to because I won't be able to afford to work with horses, I won't get anywhere. :/ My favorite breeds of horses are Hanoverians and Latvians. I'd love to at least have the oppurtunity to lease a horse one day or take riding lessons.

Maya - 11.2hh taffy pony(don't know what breed) mare
Do you have a favorite lesson horse? My own horses are my lesson horses and I love them all heart

Years Working with horses: No too long sadly, only 5 years and I'm only 13. I really wish I started earlier.
Discipline: Mostly pleasure, a little hunt, some unofficial barrel raceing using cones for fun razz . I don't show, so I just ride for fun and to improve myself.
Do you lease/own a horse: Why yes I do!! I have been leasing a horse since two weeks ago!
Age, size, weight, color etc.: Oh my favorite part <3. My beautiful horses name is Kendra. She is a tobiano chestnut and white paint. She stands 16hh tall and is 17 years old, even though she never acts like it. Shes the perfect challenge for me with her hoeing and transition problems. I love her so much <3

Hi, my name's Jake I'm 17 and love horses but I don't really ride. I used to when I was little but fell off once and stopped since than which was a mistake, I'm sometimes able to ride if my sister lets me but thats a rare occasion. We board horses at our farm and ride english, right now we own 2 thoroughbreds and my sister and mom train them this one we just got a month ago off the track but he's a quick learner and very cute.

Including our ApHC Blue roan Leopard Appy Stud. (Prince Plaudit, Red Plaudit lines)... Mac's Irish Luck (Cochise). And my APHA Sorrel sabino/overo mare out of impressive lines. Shezascarletstarlet (Sassy) who was HYPP N/N. ... Yeah this was absolutely Tragic! We miss them like crazy and their deaths were mysterious. Right now we have our one horse named qball. He is our big baby. Love him so much. He is reg with the APHA, His name is Quincys Super Reminic. He is a sorrel Tovero. I live on a ranch in Arizona. It's sort of a family ranch. We have 11 horses in total on the ranch. Along with goats, alpacas andany other farm animal lol. Except cows although we live in open range and the rancher who owns the land around us let's his cows wander and they like breaking down our fences lol. I am married with 3 children. Ages 3,2 and 9mths. Love my life biggrin Here is our boy Qball  Anything Else: Glad to find a guild on here about horses, Can't wait to meet you all! biggrin
