She smiled, glancing at a blinding light.
"I best go before he enters..."
She went through the doorway, landing in a battlefield.
"What in the name of good gods is this?!"
she looked closer and saw herself, battling what seemed to be a man of high stature, but at her sides was a man... Younger than she yet looking... Proud, seeking something.
"I... I see... I am to aid him..."
She sighed, looking back at her wyrd as her shape became more and more opaque.
"How am I to aid such Shur'tugal? He has the courage of fighting a king, when I have only the strength to pass through memories and door... Tell me, O Wyrd I sought so, how is it that I am to aid him?"
NO response...
She turned around, seeing an other man at her sides...
"It's him..."
Drayken's Stature stood high and proud, she could clearly see he was protecting himself... and the others he loved.
"Ah.. I see clear now.. We are to fight side by side, protecting that in what we trust.. that in what we have beleiveed for so long.. That in what we have suffered, paid, and sought for..."

((I hope this turn is okay... Hurry Drayken!))

Sarea woke from her dreams. She stared at the stars above her. That's strange. I've been dreaming of the Places. Ruialusa must need me. Why else? She silently got up and packed away her things, taking a medalion from her bag and hanging it around her neck. She set off. There was no real way to get to a Place. One only had to walk, think solely of the Place they wanted to get to - and of course, have a medalion.

People were not always allowed in the Places. Most who found themselves there..just found themselves there one day. Sarea was different. She had long helped Ruialusa in the Place of Wyrda, the most powerful of all three Places. Sarea knew her wyrd so she did not have to find it before leaving a Place and held the Medalion of the Helper which allowed her to always find a Place not far away, no matter where she was in Alagaesia.

Sure enough, she was soon in the Place of Wyrda.

((I hope you don't mind me jumping in..))

* The place I'm at is no place that one could know of. It really isn't a place as I notice. There is only edless blue, marble ground and it's twin, a red sky. slightly swirling the sky folows endlessly with the floor. and there quivering infront of me I see a faint outline of a human... but I cannot place it. I wait and stare as the form evolves to clarity.*

(( BTW I want to do something in the future then the present, that way I will accomplish the 'test' is that ok???))

* The firgure I see leaves with a swirl again, the world I was in is no longer there. I am in an enourmous room. I can feel now that THIS is real. At first I do not recognize where I am but then I remember. On a mural in my village there Is the painting of galbitorix and his throne room. He sit's in his throne grinning malovently. His walls are gold and red. painted to tell the stories of his kills and victories at war. The floor Is tiled white as sand. This, is where I am. I stand on the cold hard, tiled floor. Then, I see minasia creeping to the empty throne. I am standing close to the door. Appearently my broad blade, Adurna Un Brisingr, raised offensivly as I stare around the room looking for any flaw, not knowing exacly why.... Then Minasia pearks up her head as though she had heard something, alarmed I glare at the door.... but no one comes in. I look back at minasia, her face is white as a ghost's. From behind the throne she steps out, but not alone. A horrid face peeks out with while it holds her wrist. It speaks.*

" Ah, It is Drayken who acompanies you, dear Minasia."

* His voice is wretchedly harsh, exposing his filed teeth. Then I look into his eyes and notice the coulor of the Shade Durza's eyes.*

" Do you not know who I am drayken? Do you wonder how I know you? Ha Ha, yes I am with Galbitorix, and he knows all. I've heard many heroic things about you. But you surly aren't as strong as my dear brother Derza's killer!"

* Now his eyes aren't just red, but almost aflame. His anger radiates through the room as he shouts. His crimson hair, though longer then Durza's, shakes from side to side as he drags minasia closer and closer to the center of the enormous room. Then I finally notice why he was in this room. Clutched in his hands are what Not Two but four dragon eggs, wrapped up in a mesh bag. I then realize, we came for them*

((my whole thing was just deleted so I start again. *sigh* don't worry minasia, like I said, names can be misleading and the Places are strange and mysterious. Oh, and Drayken? You're sort of god moddingbut don't worry. 1 question, is it Minasia you are with or Saurulia?))

Ruialusa smiled and turned around. "Ah, Sarea, tonight is a glorious one indeed. Two are in the Places now. Do you know who? Saurulia, yes, she will finally know her Wyrda. And, Drayken is there too. Their Fates so entwined I was forced to let them enter at the same time, if I had not, one would know first, if would destroy them. I invited you because I know you like to be witness to historical events. You were after all, here with Eragon, the first Shur'tugal." She motioned to Sarea to take a seat and waved her hand. At once they were with Saurulia as if watching her in a cinema.

--Saurulia's Wyrd--
She recognises the man by which she stands..and remembers their purpose. She sees herself. And then sees her love...and the arrow. She runs. I follow. There is naught either of us can do but she needs to be there else her love's words never be told. She is the one the words are said to, not her self of that time. I watch as realisation hits her. She knows. Then everything changes. It is a vision..a vision of the future, only she is part of it..! We are close to the final stage. Wyrda.

Ruialusa sighed. "They are close, Sarea. Very close. I believe this is the final test before Wyrda. Let us see Drayken." At her word, the scene changed to Drayken.

--Drayken's Wyrd--
The place we are is strange. Everywhere, but nowhere at once. A form appears, slightly human. He follows it, never looking back. If he did, he would see me in all my glory. My form has truly taken, but still he does not aknowledge my presence. The other form disapears and around us is the walls of a big room. Confusion riddles his face, then understanding. A Shade comes. I shiver. A Shade's Wyrd is pure evil and will damage me if possible. Then he remembers why he is there. The eggs.

Sarea smiled at Ruialusa and made a small curtsy. She sat down. "I thank thee for allowing me to be here on such a night." she said formally. Sarea had never lost the old speech of thee, thy and other words that were now considered history in Alagaesia. After all, she had been born in a time of those words. Sarea watched as Ruialusa waved her hand and instantly relaxed.

Here, in the Places, she could be who she really was. She did not have to hide away her true self like she did among humans. Sarea was older than all of them and it acted as a huge gulf between them. She had to be careful to not let her age slip in her words and actions. But here, here with Ruialusa, she could let down her guard. They were after all, nearly the same age.

Looking at Drayken'S amazed face, she, too, looked in the shades' arms.
"Of all the gods..."
With a flicker of wrists, she turned around, kicking the eggs out of his arms.
Also, with a fericious growl, freeign her damaged wrists from the demented grasp.
"Quick, take two!"
Snatching two other eggs before the shade caught them, she was surprised to see one shake.
Throwing them to drayken as the shade approached, she took out her blade which instantly caught in flames and revealed a clear blue dragon.
"YOu, are going down"
Roaring as she ran for the shade, she parried blows from his hands, striknig him dead in the heart.
"Drayken, get out of here!"
Pulling out her sword, she ran for the door, snatching back her two eggs.

Once outside, she merely sweated as Drayken panted like crazy.
"You know, we'D best go away from here before that shade's twisted soul takes over our mind"
Again, the egg shook, cracking slightly.
"Um.... You wouldn't suppose this blue egg is cracking, would you?"
Again, cracks emmerged from the egg, a small piece lifting, revealing...
"A DRAGON?!"
Almost fainting,the left the egg drop, keeping the dragon in her arms.
"This... I'll call you mak..."
