Your pic reminds me more of Lucius than Draco, but it is still nice.

WOW! Dm, that is good. eek You've got really good coloring skills, what did you color with?
It looks like Draco to me, I tink he just needs a smirk to add more Draco-ness. >]

DM, very nice! There is a certain sparseness(is that a word?) to the face that doesn't really look like him, but the hair is teh perfect, and the eyes are very nice, too! And the clothing is so pretty...

Too me the face looks more aged, like Draco's father instead of him, that is all. Mainly the eyes but that is it.
