Briar nodded just a little to the dragon and curled against him slightly with a little hum of contentment, "I don't really need to go anywhere.. But I can't think of anywhere I'd like to go.." He looked up at the dragon from where he was snuggled against his chest/shoulder basking in the dragons warmth almost squirming with delight. The dargon, strangely made him feel so.. Happy!
"You hinted that you had a good few years under your belt, Koiichi.." He mused at him softly, glanceing a critical eye over the nails of one of his hands just briefly, "Surely there is a place you've found that you especially like..? I'd like to got there.. Please..?" He peeped up at him again, a hopeful little look in his eyes. He really had wanted to explore his new home, but he really couldn't anymore.

The dragon was thoughtful for a moment, his large wings shifting slightly on his back, one of them slowly stretching out, porbably unconsiously as he debated flying somewhere to himself.
That was possible, he was more than strong enough to take the small equine flying.. he doubted he'd have done that before, and what better way to see all of his new home that from above..? It seemed like it would work.. he just hoped Briar wasnt afraid of heights... well, since asking would have lessened the surprise.
"I'll take you to my favourite place.." He said thoughtfully,
"Just.. make sure you hold on real tight okay...?"

The equine smiled up at the dragon again quite happily and pointedly tightened his arms around Koiichis neck, rubbinh his nose gently against him, "Of course, Koiichi.. Are we going to go for a run somewhere..?" He queried, tucking himself closer to the dragon. The thought of wings being used for flight just didn't really click in his mind oddly. He gave the dragon a pleased, slightly expectant look, "Will I like where we're going..?"

"Not exactly a run.." He stated, his wings twitching again, entending fully after a few spaszm like movemtnes were done with,
"But it'll be a good bit of exercise for me and I think you'll like it.." that said he crouched slightly, and forced himself fully up into the air, the large leather wings with the shining scales spread wide beat down through the air forcefully pushing them up high into the air.
His arms wound tightly around the small equine he was holding onto. He hoped that this wasnt scaring the smaller male, but it was sight worth seeing he'd been told, he was honestly used to it, but other people seemed to like it very very much indeed.
When he was younger it had gotten him laid a few times. Not that he really thought about that any more.
He was a dragon.
Far too dignified.
Mostly at least...
"You can see for miles.." He said, giving his passenger a very slight squeeze, his large wings holdin ghtem in place more or less, they were moving up and down a few feet with each flap in a mockery of a hover.

The small equine seemed quite a peace for a brief moment, happily continuing to peep curiously at those large now twitching wings. It made him smile, it was like he was stretching them! Like Cliff did before he went on a run.. But with his legs of course! Which is when the sudden thought about what his winged friend could have been up to struck him..
He had never left the ground for a prolonged period of time before and he fancied that Koiichi may have had some inkling about this for as he went to squirm nervously and try to twist away those strong dark arms had coiled around him holding him firmly against the dragons warm body.
He squeaked, closing his eyes tightly at the slightly dizzying sensation of traveling upwards in a none too smooth fashion, and he made short work of burying his face against the dragons collarbone and neck.
"I.. Ah! I-I-.." He started, stopped, started again and gave up! He nuzzled against him, his stomach flipping a little with every beat of those strong wings, the little rush as they began to fall out of the air then the sudden upward movement as Koiichi expertly lifted them again. Every time he did this, that odd sensation started to subside just a little, and after a few moments to his own thoughts and a few good deep breaths, Briar eventually chanced opening his eyes a little to see what this was all about..
His eyelashes brushed against Koiichis neck as he very slowly cast his gaze around, staying very still in the strong dragons arms, holding on to his shoulders tightly.
"It-I-My.. I-It's so.. Awe-inspiring.." He managed.. Hoping he didn't garble himself too much in fright and excitement..

Koiichi smile slightly at the tickling sensation on his neck, he was aware this was probably scaring Briar, but he would get accustomed to it.. It was a sight worth seeing, and a situation worth getting used to.
Horses however seldom found all their feet off the ground, and this was certainly no jump.
"Its a wonderful biew. no..?" He asked, his own eyes casting around them before looking back down to Briar.
"I'm sorry if its startled you badly, but I couldnt help but think the surprise might be.. well.. fun.." he nodded slightly, his arms shifting slightly for a more secure hold around the equine, as he lifted him up his chest a little more. It was easier to hold him there it seemed.
"Dont worry though.. I've never let a passenger fall, and I dont plan to do so with you.." he had his fingers laced, holding on tightly to make sure his hands couldnt slip at all.. he wanted Briar to feel as safe as possible.
"Would you like to go back down now..?" He asked, aware that this had to be hard on his new friend..
"Or is there somwhere you'd like to go..? Just for a fly perhaps..?"

He immedietly shook his head as the dragon asked if he wanted to go down again, though his hold never wavered once. Rubbing the side of his face against Koiichi's neck he continued to nervously if curiously have a real good look at the sight before him,
"N-No Koiichi.. I-I-I really really like it!" He smiled just a little, quietly trying to still the tremour to his voice, uncomfortably aware of his nerve-induced stuttering, "I really.. Really c-can't wait to tell the o-others about t-this.." He nodded, snuggling his nose against that warm neck as he continued to smile just a little.
"And I trust you.. You've b-been nothing but kind to me.." Another small nod as he shifted just a little, "You really have been.." Again he gave him that small little smile, looking up at the dargon as he pulled his eyes away from the marvelous sight of the land from above to show him his gratitude at this.. This gift! And without thinking he leant up just a little and planted a soft, sweet kiss on Koiichi's chin.
He turned his face down swiftly and rested his chin on the dragons shoulder. He knew that his face must have been giving out as much heat as the dragon was. He had just wanted to show him his gratitude for sharing this with him, and instead he had embarrased himself horribly! But.. He didn't think he minded that much..
He sighed happily and made a soft, pleased little noise,
"Don't you have a favourite perch, Koiichi..? I'd like to see that.." He mumbled into the dragons shoulder, shivering a little despite the dragons warmth. These winds up here were chilly!

Maurus was sulking.. He was also slightly chilly in the afternoon air, which was a sure-fire was of making him intensely irritable, especially as only a few moments ago he had been curled up in what he had adopted as his nest. It was a bed in the spare room of the house that his 'nemesis' let him stay in. He had been more than happy lurking under the home in his 'cave' but well.. The lure of warm soft blankets had been all too tempting, and he had found that though he loved lounging on his gold and jewels.. That duvet was one of the nicest things..
He gave his wings a violent little shake and folded his scaled arms across his chest, his ruby eyes glinting darkly in the afternoon light that trickled down through the tree's.. He got the idea that he was not alone.. And it wasn't just the sickening couple that he knew was up in the air at the moment either.. No.. He knew this feeling.. He was going to be bothered by someone soon.. And no doubt if he was rude Silv would be exchanging words and kicks with him.. He growled.. How long would he be able to hold out on this.. Conversation, he wondered.. Hopefully they wouldn't be as trying as that blue thing..

Standing only around five one and weighing in at one hundred and fifteen pounds, Yekaterina is built rather delicately. She is lean in and delicate in build . Her eyes are a lively golden-green color that my remind some of precious gems. Her nose rests evenly in the center of her face. Lips the color of the lightest pink roses accompanied with soft porcelian colored flesh is rather dashing.
Her hair is dark, like the bark from a tree, with barely visible sandy blonde highlights. Styled in sensual waves, the foremost part of her hair reaches just below her mid back. Her bangs, split on the right side, normally cover that entire side of her face.
She wondered aimlessly throughout the forest, she took a wrong turn back at the last village. A sigh parted from her lips as she staggered along the road, her stomach growled violently at her. Yekaterina, not watching her footing, slipped from the crumbling banks of the hill and began to tumble downward.
Screaming all the way down she was soon stopped by, (more like fell on) a figure sitting at the bottom of the hill.
"Ugh..Owie, owie, owie!!!" She whimpered as her ears pressed agaisnt her head.

True, the dragon had been expecting to be disturbed.. But He had expected to be nigh on landed on by a falling female!
Startled, he gave a soft hissing roar, snorting a little dark smoke at her as he darted to the side, crouching low and spreading his wings. He growled again, low, and curled his tail slightly, thumping it down onto the ground. Was this creature trying to get the slip on him? He didn't really care, he knew that if it came down to it he could probably beat her in a fight.. Or just ignore her and fly away.
His hair tumbled down around his face, his eyes almost glowing in the not all to brilliant sunlight of the afternoon, the single blue streak getting in his eyes a little. Again he gave a low hiss, "What is it that you seek from me, woman?" He asked, on the offensive as always. As far as he was concerned.. All people wanted was a fight, "You touched me.. How.. Dare you.."

Yekaterina, being startled herself climbed from her belly to her knees,"I-I'm sorry, I-I got lost and lost my fo...." Her eyes traced up the hill from which she fell,"I fell from way up there?!" She gasped, her eyes jumped from the hill side to the black beast,"i fell on you?" She added,"Oh my!!! I'm so sorry! Are you alright?" She said as she staggered to her feet but was soon overcome by the forces of gravity as a sharp pain struck her left ankle,"Awww!!! No!!! I can't move!"
Yekaterina began to over react and cry, the poor girl was such a hypochondriac "How am I going to get home? I'm going to die here huh? I'm going to get eaten!!" She sobbed into the palms of her hands.
"Uh...umb...i'm sowwy....I didn't hurt yew did I?" She said agaisnt a congested nose, thanks to her crying.

If Maurus had hair on the back of his neck, he was sure it would be bristling.. He rose a little from his poised crouch to sit back comfortably on his haunches and folded his arms across his chest, his eyes narrowing and darkening considerably, focusing on the hapless mountain lion. He gave a low growl,
"Next time you'll learn to look where you're going then!" Another growl as he considered her words..
"Eaten? Well it's an idea I'll entertain if you don't stop that racket!" And again he almost found himself wishing he did have fur there purely to show his irritation. He stood, his wings tucking neatly at his back as he took a heavy step towards the girl, staring at her as he reached out a clawed hand.
"You didn't hurt me. I'd like to see you even try, you pathetic excuse of a predator.." He took her arm, none too gently and hauled her up. "Now where do you live?"
He frowned darkly, he had to find someone to leave her with.. He got the idea she could scream the forest down if she wanted too. And no doubt Silv would pin the whole affair on his scaly hide..

Yekaterina dried her tears and brushed the leaves and dirt that clung loosely to her dress, ignoring his insults she answered his question," Um well, I don't know where I live." A sheepish smile curled upon her lips," You see, I use to live with my aunt, that is, until she died so now i've been roaming the streets." She said followed be an assuring nod.
Her fingers traced through her unruly hair until it clamed considerably and took it's natural shape of sensual waves,"Oh! By the way my name is Yekaterina! Katya for short!" Despite having already learned that this dragon was rude beyond all reason Katya was still all smiles.
"Whats your name?" She asked lackadaisically, knowing the only reply would probably be anything but his name.

The dragon simply continued his undulating growl and squeezed the lioness' arm a little tighter in his dark hand, "I didn't ask.." He huffed and took a step, his arm extending back to her as he started to lead her.
"And I'll be taking you to that bloody tower.." He shot her a look over his shoulder though his hair for the most part obscured it.. That annoyed him. Very very much, "There are lots of others there, others that can tolerate your bumblings.." His lip curled ever so slightly as his tail swished angrily behind him through the leaf-litter his wings still held tightly against his back. He was tense!
"Maurus." He turned a little to point at her with his other hand, the silver claw glinting dangerously, "But don't go calling me friend for taking you there.. It's purely for selfish reasons.." And with that he turned, pulling her after him once more..

Yekaterina's arm felt like it had been yanked right out of it's socket when he yanked her through the forest, but despite that she forced an averse smile and trudged right along behind him," Maurus, that's a nice name." She said as a reluctant smile drew upon her lips,"You know, Maurus, You shouldn't be so tense all the time, it's not healthy." She added in a kind manner, she winced slighlty as his grip became tighter.
She fell silent, awaiting an ostentatious response from Maurus.
