I prefer nothing too, but I also like to wear skirts and that causes problems with man not so womanly parts swinging around, so panties are my normal under type attire.

I always wear ethier Boxer shorts (cotton only) or boxer briefs. They just feel comfortable during the day. When I wear things like jeans or pants, wear Jockeys smile
