[Oh, this is random, but your username reminds me of another anime I like. xd ' sweatdrop ]this is just a guess, but would that be yu yu hakusho? it reminds me of kurama's Rose blossom attack thing; where his rose petals scatter around him, producing a shield. I get that alot. My username is for an anime but not Yu Yu Hakusho (even tho it's my favorite). RedRoseSpiral is kind of homage to my favorite episode of Hellsing Red Rose Vertigo. Hellsing! i've heard a lot about it, but never got a chance to see/read it. which do you think is better, the anime or manga? i ask you this because i'm planning on either buying the dvd or manga, but i don't know which one. The dvd's and the manga are very different from each other. Only the first three episodes follow the manga. After that it is a completely different story. So far I have all of the dvds (in the beautifully decorated artbox) and all the mangas that have been released. Personally I like the manga better because it explains more, but the anime is very pretty if you like blood and gore. Also, fans were just told that another anime of Hellsing is coming out sometime in the futute that follows the manga. There isn't a release date in Japan or the U.S. yet.

ooh. so kind of like a sequel? i'll be sure to keep my eyes open for it!More of an OVA. It will have nothing to do with the first anime of Hellsing as far as I know. What I know for sure is that it won't be in the US for a at least a year.

Entire series = one really good anime. mrgreen
