....Yuffie definately. Tidus may stand a chance in this one though but back in her games Ultimate Weapons really were ULTIMATE. Her weapon deals more damage against stronger enemies plus she's gets fairly strong already what with her being a ninja and all. She'd be faster than Tidus and her weapon would anniahate him.
stare I liked Yuffie..I even eventually forgave her for messing up my materia settings I don't think she was porno...that would be the Tifa-Scum

Yuffie is probably the more skilled. But..... Tidus... is .... probably faster (see i try to be unbiased) but i think in the end yuffie would win
