Faith sighed as she grumbled something about lazy slayer wannabes and grabbed a plate, filling it up with cheese pizza and breadsticks, along with a whole cup of marinara sauce. She grabbed a bottle of water, for each of them sitting down next to Buffy.
"B, we're gonna have to have a talk with new slayers. If they want to do their best, they need to show up to training. I mean where the hell are they?"

Layla Smart Lucie nodded at the girl. How little she knew. "Um- Hi, Phoebe. I'm Lucie Austin," Lucie looked up at Steph, who had handled the vamp. She explained to Phoebe "That's Steph. She's cool," Lucie looked back up at Steph, "I take it you dusted him, right? I just had to get HER out of there before he bit her or something." She looked at phoebe again, "Hey, uh- you'd better come with us. We just need to check that everything's okay and that. I mean, there's pizza involved, once we get back. One of our friends ordered some." Lucie started to walk back. It was nearly time for the thing back at the house. her and Steph had to go really soon. Steph nodded to Lucie about the vamp, her grin still plastered on her face. She glanced at her watch, and then back up at Lucie. "We forgot about training. Faith's not gonna be happy, but hey we can do double tommorrow, right?"She turned to the new girl, and smiled. "Hey, yah. Free food is always good."

"I shouldn't but you've found my weakness. I can't resist hardly anything if there is pizza involved. Where to?' Phoebe asked. "You Play any sports?" Pheebs asked showing off with her soccer ball. She turned as the other girl talked to her,"Especially free pizza!"

Steph pointed back the way they were headed. Soon they came upon a big beautiful mansion with an iron fence and gate. Earlier while leaving, Steph and Lucie had found a side gate to go through. Steph for the latch, unlocking it, and holding open the door.
"Welcome to our home. So why was that vampire after you?"

Atticus combed his hair with his fingers as he traveled down the apartment stairs, passing the front desk on his way out.
"Atticus, some people were looking for you the other day. I haven't seen you, so I haven't been able to tell you." said the clerk. Atticus stopped, turning to face him.
"Someone was looking for me? Who?" he asked.
"They didn't leave their names or why they wanted to see you. They just asked if you were here, and when I told them no, they left."
"You didn't tell them which apartment number I was, did you?"
"No. That's not allowed unless you give the okay."
"Good." Atticus turned and walked out of the apartment building, hoping that it wasn't who he thought it was. He touched his shoulder where one of his scars was out of reflex as he walked down the sidewalk.

Lucie looked nervously at Phoebe. She mouthed to Steph, 'non-believer', but she didn't know if Steph could read lips. "She means um- in the fact that that guy was probably after your money." She didn't want to scare Phoebe off, just in case she might be a slayer like them, or someone who could help them. "Let's hope Faith and Buffy don't skin us..." Lucie said, going inside.

"Nice place." Pheebs grinned. Her smile faded when Steph said something about the vampire that had attacked her. "You don't believe in that supernatural crap, do you?" Lucie tried to cover up but Phoebe didn't buy it. "Nice try. Do you believe? Or is it just her?" she asked jerking her head towords Steph. She followed Lucie through the gate. "Who are Buffy and Faith and why would they want to hurt you?"

Steph nodded to the word mouthing, but sighed when Phoebe caught on. She exchanged a quick glance with Lucie before answering.
"What do you believe, Phoebe? I mean everyone has their own beliefs"
They made their way towards the kitchen and the sound of chattering, and the smell of Pizza, and food.

I personally don't believ in the supenatural. it defies science. And science is stuff that was proved to exist. So therefore, the supernatural can't Phoebe followed Steph and lucie into the kitchen, her mood brightening with the prospect of pizza.

Steph eyed Lucie with a 'don't mention it no more' look, and pushed open the swinging doors to the kitchen. She looked hungrily at the pizza, and then back at Lucie.
"I didn't think taking care of that robber was gonna make me this hungry, but it did."
She smiled at Faith, who glared at her and then gestured to her watch. She shrugged, and then made a vamp stake motion, and pointed at Phoebe. Faith rolled her eyes. Steph grabbed a plate and piled up on the pizza, and went over to the table, snagging Faith's marinara sauce from the table.
She nodded for Lucie to sit, and Phoebe too.

Lucie grabbbed a slice and screamed, "WE'RE BACK!" and waited for a reply while she scarfed the pizza down, "Well, you've gotta admit. We make advances all the time. There could be something. As for Faith and Buffy- they're pretty much our teachers, or, bosses, if you will. Hey, uh- just curious. Did the v- the guy you were fighting say anything to you?"

Buffy realized that she had taken too much food, but as usual had made a mess of it, and could hardly put it back now. She shrugged, and thought, I'll eat it later, after patrolling. "Um, I'm gonna wash up... see if Angel's gonna patrol. So, who's coming with me, and who's gonna "practice" with Faith?" she grinned at Faith. She wasn't too keen on Faith doing that whole taking over thing.
((sidebar from miss michelle... it's ok. i was like wtf though, cuz everyone had the signatures, and this right after i deleted someone else's signature with out bitching about it.. lmao.))

Pizza! Phoebe said grabbing a slice. Umm yeah he said something about power and strength and probably a ruddy sla- thats where you came in Pheebs said through a mouthful of pizza.
