No, Kuwabara doesn't know about the relations between Yukina and Hiei... He know's Hiei has a sister, he assumes she's a pint sized little s*** like Hiei, and we get that lovely image of Hiei in women's clothing swinging a bokken evily via a dream sequence. That was a pretty great moment now that I think about it. However I don't think Kuwabara OR Yukina will ever find out about Hiei, sadly, I just doubt he will ever want to tell her.
As for another great moment... well, it's in a preview for an episode in the Dark tournament. Basically it's a quote, but I thought it was wonderful anyway...
"Once upon a time I compared this guy's team to a boy band and he made a nasty face at me. Well now the nasty is in full swing and I'm just thinking the boy band thing now fits more than ever... He's even got a fancy light show. Granted the lights are really evil demon souls wanting to devour my mentor... but hey, every band has to have it's own spin right?"

Kenta Kuroda I also fancied Hiei and Kuwabara's childish arguments; I swear, they're like an old married couple or something. lol *Giggle* You remind me of Yuudai with that statement. He thinks they're like an old married couple too. xd

Oh sweatdrop Oops. I mean, I knew that ninja No I didin't -_-
Anyway, as for more favourite moments. There's a scene in the Dark Tournament where the gang is in the hotel(save for Yusuke and "The Masked Fighter") and they're all playing cards together as they wait for the semi finals(at least I think it's the semi finals). Anyway, Hiei is off in a corner on the windowsill staring at the rain falling down. The girls try to get him to come over and play and Kurama pipes up with "Yes, come join us Hiei, we're practically a family here!" Hiei's gem of a response to that is, "Kurama! Don't make me rip out your precious voice box!" I absolutely love that scene, crack up every time.

Favorite moment in entire series: Hiei falling out of the tree when Botan uses the demon whistle. "What repulsive creature makes my eardrums bleed?" xd
