I would have to say Hellsing (YES! INTEGRA ROCKS MY SOCKS OFF!!! EEEEE! /fangirl) and Sailor Moon, cause it's a classic and the first anime I ever watched passionatly. Gundam Wing is another one I adore (I know it inside out and backwards. *blush*) and I can't argue with Slayers either, cause it's friggin' hilarious.
Mangawise, I love Negima. The manga is SOOOOOOOOOO much better than the anime. Bleh, the anime was just painful to watch.

My all time fav and always will be....Sailor Moon and I heart Innuyasha, but I like Witch Hunter Robin, Tenchi Muyo, .HACK and others I forgot sweatdrop

I'm not sure anyone should base favorite animes off Cartoon Network, since they BUTCHER them...
My fav animes are... Bleach and Trigun. Least favorite are Dragon Ball Z and Love Hina...
Fav manga are Hana Kimi, Love Hina (manga ONLY) and Vampire Game. Oh, and Chibi Vampire mrgreen
