Hmmmmmm....... I think we're both beating around the bush..... wanna just say F#%# it and just use the WOD systems that we're used to? LOL. Hence my use of some vamps being unable to see their reflection and whatnot....
And yeah, that sounds perfect to me...
Yeah... we should DEFINATELY create that vamp rules list.

Well we could cover it all by stating simply that all vampires have their particular strengths and weaknesses.
Like, Anthony's eyes are really bad in the light but his mental powers are quite something. (B-b-b-baby you just ain't seen nothin' yet... yeah I'm done singing.)
And maybe for the same reason Yoshitaka can't see his reflection. Which could be a good thing or a bad thing.

yeah there are diff types of vampys.....some do react to garlic just because their sense are like 30 times better than humans.....crosses and holy water can affect as well but mostly that's holywood b/s.

Yeah, I suppose that a "general" rules like a guideline... cause after all... I have the feeling that the rules of one individual thread may have already made the ideas that we have impossible for rules for vamps... in other words the other rp's that I have my sites on to try and get to join us, could potentially have some weird rules that we'd be like... wtf?
So yeah... having different kinds of ideas is fine... just as long as for the most part peeps know how to go about it... like how they can determine being an elder or whatever... we might have to change our profiles too... creating a template that covers EVERYTHING that's already in the current RP's... ya know? Sure, we could store 'em on the Midnight Council thread... and such... yeah... HAHA!

Well, I got ahold of Masato-Chan, and he and I are talking over PM.
So far he seems to agree with alot of general rules for vampies.
yeah... and stuff....
I think a very important thing to do is decide WHERE in the world our other RP's are taking place, as well as where the midnight council is convening. I'll let Lyre tell me where the council is... I'll wait to decide for Ravenwing as I wanna know where the other two are... tentatively though, I would like to say that it's in Kyoto... (Ravenwing that is.) (but I haven't seen the first page in so long... it's probably got a location there. *runs to go check*
So yeah... Masato? Can you post here please, so that others can see what we're chatting about?

Honestly Lyre, I dun think anyone has dibs on those... so where ever you want...
So... where do you assume that "vampire rp, please join" is based? I assume New York....
and... I dun wanna change the name of it since the thread start/owner isn't around... I'd rather get permission. Even if they have abandoned Gaia, or whatever the case may be... but we do kinda have to decide on whereabouts it would be... hopefully we won't be too off the mark...
We could always just create a new continuation thread of it though... and such... yeah.

Anyways, I think that the council being based in Vatican City might be a good idea, since it throws in a bit of irony into the mix.
Although, the idea of Kyoto isn't bad either... Gah! I'm just a Japan-freak. XP

Masato-san! Yay! finally we get to talk with you. *dances like a moron* Ooooh god this essay sucks. Anyways, more to the point, I have an idea. How about the Midnight Council switches its meeting place every time it meets to avoid having hords of vampire hunters decending on their meetings and killing everyone?
That's something else I want to have included in the Midnight Council RP as it stands. We need vampire hunters. Like, badass ones that can actually take on a vampire. I'm tired of these pansy little footsoldier vampire hunters that get slaughtered at first sighting. It's unrealistic. There just wouldn't be any left if they didn't have special powers of their own.
