train your pokemon until you think they need to level up or learn a new attack...

Ok, I have a few questions because I am fairly new to this guild. No offense, but the way the introduction was written, it made little to no sense to me, so I want to clarify a few things to avoid an embarrassing mistake. 1. I leveled up twice from level 5. Is this how my pokemon should look? (I want to make sure I'm putting the right information) I've done 24 train posts total in the Electric power plant. Kira-KiraLv. 7 Hp:43 Attacks: Growl: 12 dmg Thundershock: 12 dmg 2. I've seen trainers with more than twelve train post limits. I.E. [15/15] instead of my [12/12]. Is that the result of training? If so, when do I gain a new train post amount? A certain level?3. Is there a website where you guys get your leveling-up information from so I won't have to ask, or do you all decide when it is right for a Pokemon to evolve? If so, when will my Pikachu evolve? I apologize if you all have been asked that question many times. If you do use a website, I might like to use that same one for giving my Pokemon new attacks.That will be all. Thank you for taking time to read my questions.
