A New Training Instructor? arrow Hidden Waterfall Caves
Tsai returns to his training grounds. The place was calm and quiet as it was the first time he found it. Things only got loud when Tsai was training, he admired the waterfall for a moment then went inside the cave to retrieve his dummies and bring them out for some training. Tsai had a duty to the Hideki Clan, if he was to train them, he would have to become stronger himself.
He stabbed the dummies into different locations and set them up so it would be a routine run and slash through them. Tsai took out a spare piece of wood and started carving a bokken out of it. He didn't want to destroy the dummies he took so long to create.
Minutes later, the bokken was done, he lay his zampakuto behind the waterfall and began his training his the bokken and the dummies. Tsai began with a few slashes horizontally and diagonally. The dummies and the bokken made a twack sound when they met, this seemed very pointless to Tsai, it didn't seem to heat battle up. He looked at the waterfall for a second until a rustling in the bushes was heard. "Who's there!?" Tsai shouted as a figure appeared. It was the man named Daita from the Hideki Clan. What could he possibly be doing here?

Tsai looked at Daita, "what are you doing here?" Tsai asked as Daita smiled. "I was just following you to see what you were doing, I was first going to ambush you and test to see if you are worthy, but it seems Genji already tested you and approved, so I decided I should try to take you on myself as well," he smiled as he twirled his pike with one hand.
"So are you up for a challenge?" Daita asked as he continued to walk closer to Tsai. "I promise you, it'll be worth your time, I won't go easy on you like Genji did either," he licked his lips as he became more and more hostile looking as each passing second went by.
Tsai smiled and nodded he then somersaulted backwards and grabbed his zampakuto from behind the waterfall and drew it. His zampakuto and Daita's pike were almost the same length, this would definitely be an interesting spar. Tsai jumped into the water and waited for Daita to strike.
Daita looked at his other hand as he launched his pike into the air and then caught it with both hands. "Alright, here I come!" he shouted as he dashed into the water with his pike infront ready to stab at Tsai. Tsai began with a nice slow roll in the water to avoid the stab.

Tsai got himself out of the water as soon as he dodged the attack and got back up to face Daita who was now ready to strike Tsai again. Tsai pulled himself back and then launched himself at Daita throwing a fury of strokes from his zampakuto. Daita looked like he was enjoying the fight which was weird, most of the fighters of the Hideki seemed to possess fear when fighting, not Daita, he was enjoying himself alot.

Tsai missed Daita by a long shot, Daita jumped and spun around landing with his back towards Tsai. He then began using his pike the hit Tsai while having his back facing him. This was a unique fighting style Tsai had never seen before in real life, only in books he read when he was still alive. Tsai began dodging the attacks as they came as quickly as he could. Daita seemed to give off a smirk everytime he swung his pike. Could he have been a warrior when he was alive? Or was he born in Soul Society and trained by someone?

Tsai dodged Daita's attacks and got out of the water. It was definitely not helping him due to Daita's quick reflexes and pure skill with the pike. Tsai waited for Daita to leave the water and then he rushed and feinted an attack, rotated with his left foot and slashed at Daita's side. This was Tsai's favourite combination of moves to use for a forward attack. Daita looked surprise from the feint and jumped sideways to avoid the slash coming at him.

Daita leaped backwards with amazing speeds and landed, he twirled his pike above his head and moved towards Tsai with his pike in one hand, he swung it hoping to hit Tsai with the blunt side of it. Tsai ducked hoping to avoid getting hit. Daita was indeed skilled, he was perhaps as strong as many of the other students at the academy like Mai Takahashi or Kaosu Ranmyaku.

Tsai managed to dodge the attack, he slided towards Daita with his zampakuto and swung it upwards, if successful it would hit Daita in a vital spot or even better take him down in one strike. But Daita was quick and jumped back using his pike as a power source for a launch.

Daita smiled as he spun around again and used his fighting style again and began with a chain of attacks. Tsai began to dodge and duck as the attacks continued, it seemed like it was endless. Tsai leaped back two steps to try to gain some ground for a counter.

Tsai now managed to gain ground and was a nice distance away to avoid getting hit by Daita's pike. He moved in and leaped forward and slashed downwards using gravity, his own weight and his strength to supply the power of his 2 handed attack. Daita spun around and blocked the attack with both his hands hoping to push Tsai back.

Daita managed to push Tsai back from his attack and throw him into the air. Daita then launched himself into the air and swung his pike at Tsai's chest, Tsai would have to try to dodge in mid-air if that was even possible. He attempted to move away by using his legs to kick the air below him hoping to gain more altitude. But the pike came closer and closer.

Tsai luckily dodged out of the path of the pike just in time. This spar was wearing Tsai down as well, Daita was definitely skilled enough to become a shinigami even if he did not know any kido or possess any reiatsu, he was skilled with using weapons. Tsai sheathed his zampakuto, he was changing his style of play to a more Iaido based style which he preferred to use more than Kendo. Daita jumped back and waited for Tsai to attack with a smile.
Tsai ran towards Daita, paused infront of him slashed Daita's hands a couple of times and ran past him in a quick paced attack. Daita's eyes were very observant and caught sight of Tsai's attack, he moved his hands away from the slashes accordingly.

Tsai became frustrated, no matter what he threw at Daita, he dodged it, no matter what Daita threw at Tsai, he would doge it. The two were so evenly matched, this would be a long battle.
"Daita, where did you learn how to fight like that?" Tsai asked curiously. Daita looked at his hands, he was surprised he dodged those attacks even though he was so confident before. "Heh, I'll tell you if you are able to beat it out of me," he replied confidently and ran towards Tsai, his pike in front of him.
Tsai began a charge at Daita. When they were closing in on each other, Tsai jumped into the air leaping over Daita. Daita, realizing this, swung his pike upwards on a collision course with Tsai's back.

Tsai moved quick enough to avoid getting hit. As another bonus, Tsai had now exposed Daita's back for attack. He quickly took advantage of this and unsheathed his zampakuto out quickly giving a slash and returning it to it's sheath.
Daita also realizing he was exposed turned around and used his pike to block, but would he be fast enough. "Come on!" Tsai muttered quietly to himself.
