Yay XD
As Sweet as Honey, as Cold as December.
She...is like honey. She's sweet and sugary, and loved a lot. But she's also icky and gooey and disgusted by others. But either way...all the same, she never spoils. He...is like December. Beautiful and attractive. But cold and hurting as seemed from others. But in the end, he lightens up from her warmth...and sweet love.
XD this just sorta came up to me. I was talking about honey and I was all like "ew, it's icky," and my friend is like, "Omg it's so good!"

I hate things that are too sweet, so although honey is one of the healthiest sweets, I despise it.
Great poem though. It got me thinking "cold honey," which is, I guess, yummier than lukewarm honey. I put cold honey in my iced tea, sometimes. So in short, that poem left me feeling refreshed like I just drank a glass of iced tea. But I don't think that was your desired effect, was it? sweatdrop
Hm... this might inspire me to write another poem... but for now I'm stumped.

Alrighty, I made some others in my sparetime. :3 Mostly it's Sakura-type poems.
Untitled (Can't think of a name) The day he left, the comfor of his home. Was the day she wept, cried and moaned. Lying there still, no power to move. He had left with her will, with no song to sooth. Quick as a snake, quiet as a hare. He left from her lake, of love and dispair. Dreams come to one, as they weave. "I love you as much as the sun," he need not leave. A sad tale, for love does not win. Soon it came ill; For loving him.
Was a terrible sin.
One Night (A short poem) One night, on a cold night. He left her laying, on the bench laying. She confessed her feelings, but he said "Thank you" to sum up his feelings.
^I'm pretty sure no one ever made this type of poem. I call it the Last Repeat. :3 I shall make millions from it! biggrin
Before Before this year, I knew only your looks. Before tonight, I hoped for you. Before I knew you, I knew nothing.
You Nearly a year ago, I was shallow. Now, I can look into you. You've told me things, you never told anyone. You showed me a gentleness, I couldn't understand. You let me see feelings, no one could see. You let me see your heart, just a peek. Yuo helped me stay strong, and made me what I am. You will always be in my heart, even as you leave.
^ My personal fave.

::dies:: Such good poetry! I must make another debute. xD;;
Paradise
Here in paradise, without you. The sun is soon hiden by gray clouds. Can it really be, to me, those clouds... Do they resemble your personality?
Here in paradise, all alone. I lay in the darkness of night, without you. Can it be to me, that darkness... Does it really seem like you?
Here in paradise, longing for you. The sun comes back, heating my face. Is it really, can it truely... Is this a sign that you'll come to me?
Here in paradise, without you.

Mirror Mirror
Mirror, mirror, on the wall Will my love come back by next fall? Or will his unfaithful hate Stall out love, make me wait?
Mirror, mirror, on this wall Tell me in time for if not at all, Then I may be ready, to embrace it head on. Even then, when he will return, I can be happyhe is no longer gone.
Mirror, mirror, against such a wall, I sit before, awaiting my day in the sun of crisp fall.
-- Bleh. -.- --
Lost
Standing lost in the tower, My prison to me. No light will shine through the window, No smile of care will be seen.
Hating my dessions, Wishing I could erase them from history. Slowly dying in my hell, without the angel That had once fell.
Awaiting the day, wanting to excape. Has it been to late at my chance of promising fate? Running through the trees, hiden in the forest. Lost in between.
To early to return home, To late to head back. Stuck in the middle, Slowly losing track.
