I don't really have any Pet Peeves about didder. But I do rememeber when a bunch of poeple and friends were still going to the arcade and the big nono was "OMG NO STOMPING UR FET ON TEH PAD SO AHRD" even though later I have found out that you kinda had too because the left arrow on the right pad wasn't working all that well.
And I think 1un4r was one of thoes unluckly ones who had to stomp on the pad.
EDIT: Acctauly any form of stupidity on didder is my peeve.

1un4r5h4d0w I swear all my bodily functions completely stop when I play. I hardly breathe, I blink about twice per song, and I can have a ready-to-burst bladder before I play, and completely forget about it until between songs. The not-breathing part is a peeve I guess because my lungs hurt like ******** after awhile. That sucks. I have trouble with pseudo-asthema attacks during hard 9s/any 10s. My breathing suddenly becomes blocked for about a second or two, then I start wheezing and violently throw up from coughing too much. This happened last time I tried to pass Max 300 (and I had like a 250 combo, too).

You play a song, then Some hardcore kid shows up, plays the EXACT same song just to piss you off and prove he was better. GAWD I HATE THAT >O
Or whoring the bar. I'm sure thats been mentioned, but I wanted to bring it up again. Use for hard a** songs like Max, Yeah. Ok. Use for ANY heavy+ song- NOT ok. Don't tell me it doesn't help, because it does mad It takes the balance part of the game away, so you just use your feet.

OKAY, so there was an a*****e at the arcade, FINALLY.
So, I was getting ready to play doubles (for some dumbass reason I picked Love Shine as a warm up, after not playing for 2 weeks), and this dude hops on the pad, obviously someone who's never even played DDR in his life, just from how he moved, and he was all like "hai im 1337 @ this gaim", and I would whine more but I just straightened up to my full height (5'11" w/ shoes) and stared him in the eye and got a bit closer to him and said "well, get off, I'm playing doubles right now" and he ran away, which was totally awesome.
Then I sucked balls bigger than watermelons in front of lyke 10 people and had to redeem myself by AA'ing Breakdown, because it's redeeming and stuff.

That too. we had that kinda s**t before the DDR tournament. i started the topic about the use of bar and speedmods. it was quite a heated discussion regarding this, it became to a line where one was pro or against barrape. one comment was "In Vlissingen they all play with bar", while non of those guys came to the tournament. eventually during the tournament itself a vote was made. it went: NO BAR, Speedmod OK! and eventhough no one was allowed to use the bar, we all had an awesome time. and seeing the scores of the top players, they didnt really needed the bar at all! ITG may promote barrape, but you dont need it to clear songs. you need time and practice! eventhough i can understand the use of a bar, im ALWAYS gonna be anti-barrape.
