....she was in three episodes. you can't really make an impact in an hour and a half. Martha is more interesting. Alicia could teleport and was just desperate for sex...nothin' special there

But Adam is hot with the keys and can kick major as....wait can I even say that word here?? `Chloe Sullivan` ....she was in three episodes. you can't really make an impact in an hour and a half. Martha is more interesting. Alicia could teleport and was just desperate for sex...nothin' special there True, but Ryan was only in 2 episodes and he made a huge impact... I would have to agree and put Alicia in one of my top 10 favoret characters...

But Ryan was the little brother that Clark never had and you can make an impact like that. Alicia on the other hand was a desperate girlfriend who was, at first, a maniacle killer, then she became a mainiacle-desperate-for-sex-gve-red-k-to-Clark girl, then she tried to expose him. She was a threat to Clark and his secret. She took advantage of him, and was spoiled. If she didn't get what she wanted she would do what she could to bring you down. That is a person i would not put on my top 10 favrite people.

I do agree Alicia took things to the extreems to get her point across, but aside from the maniacle killer in the introduction of her charactor. I feel that you've taken a lot of her actions out of context or are exagerating a bit... She gave him the red k to "free him from himself" if that makes sense, so that he would do what wanted to do and when it came down to it, deep down he loved Alicia so much that he wanted to merry her and right before they got into the sex bit Alicia taken the red k off Clark before the actual act of haveing sex... As far as exposing Clark goes she got shot protecting his secret the episode before. It was only when people started to think that she was dangerous because she's differant that she resorted to exposing Clark. She didn't try to expose Clark to hurt Clark, but to make things better for her and every other person effected by the green k, So they wouldn't have to hide who they are inorder to gain social acceptiance... As far as an impact goes. Alicia made a huge imact in Clarks life, she was the first person Clark ever loved that he felt he could tell his secret to and be accepted by her even though he was differant...

Clark never ACTUALLY loved ALicia he THOUGHT he loved her because she knew his secret and wasn't freaked out by him. But the fact that she didn't tell him that she was going to put him on red K and she didn't actually ask him if she could. she still lied to him in that way. Not to "free him of himself". She took the shot because she was in love with him. But she was willing to risk his secret so that people wouldn't "look at her weird". She was selfish about her actions. But since Clark was the altimate "meteor freak" it would put him in more dangr then the other people who were effected. Something she MUST have thought about. someone who cares for someone like that does not go around putting them in danger. I don't see Alicia as the person you do and i will conttinue not to see her in that way. Th major impact she made on Clark was showing Chloe his secret. that to me is really the only impact i see. Which is huge in the way tat Chloe is so connected to Clark's lif by being his sidekick. Yet, Alicia still did not do much else besides that.

Well... Look at it objectivly.
Yes, she slipped him the red k. But she knew it's effects wern't the real him, hence her taking it off of him when they were going to "do it". She wanted the real Clark. She wanted him to want her as much as she did, that's why she took it off. She didn't want him to regret her.
Now, people in love do stupid things. She was angry at Clark for rejecting her, so she showed Chloe his secret. Luck for Clark Chloe is one of the best friends he'll ever have. In the end she died to protect his secret because she loved him.
What Zach said is true, you can get attached to characters who have only been in a couple of episodes. Like Ryan, he was Clark's brother, but Alicia was his WIFE.

But you don't know that Chloe will die do you? i mean Chloe is getting written into DCU, Plus the Whole Chlois theory, many-a-ways in which the story could end with Chloe NOT dying.

You can't say that Clark wasn't in love with Alicia or that he thought he was. Clarks actions after she slipped him the red k validated that he did love her. Because if he didn't love her, he would have told her that very bluntly and ditched her shortly after being infected with the red k... She wanted to know that he loved her as much as she loved him... She didn't want to expose Clark becuase people where looking at the "meteor freak" funny... She said she deserved it for what she had done and hoped with time that people would see that she changed and accept her like Clark has for her "gift"... It was only when she was being fraimed for murder and it turned into witch hunt, where Alicia was the witch because she was "the only person who could have done it"... stare now I said before, she did tend to take things to the extreems and maybe exposing Clark was one of those things. However I don't think it was selfish for Alicia to want thing to be differant for herself and other "meteor freak". After all not all "meteor freaks" asked to be differant.... And the ones who are "open" about thier abilities shouldn't be hated because of such...
I'm going to end there... my mind is zoneing out far to much...
