"No... I'm craving the blood of that damnable clan..." Kira spat angrilly. "I'm not going to let them take you... And even if the Clan is more powerful than the Constellations... I'm not going to let them take you..." He said furiously, starting to wheel Rivera toward the dormitories. He would wield Koishi to it's full extent and crush all who tried to take Rivera from him. He had just gotten some free time with Rivera and already she was being summoned.

Rivera sighed. There was no talking to him when he was pissed off... She shook her head. Why did she even bother to try? "Kira, I have to go alone. If I take you with me, they'll know immediately, and the entire clan will attack me together. It's not good for diplomatic reasons. If I go on trial, there might still be a chance that I can get out of this mess." She replied in an almost hopeless voice. There really was not talking to him. "So please, you can accompany me as far as the village gates, but those without the clan blood are not allowed inside."

"You know...Yes I would..." Long said as he looked at the birds resting on his arms and those lining along his shoulders. He gave a light sigh and avoided any action about scaring them off. He didn't want them to peck at him or Rin, or leave a surprise...In fact, Long hated surprises in general, and surprises left by birds and animals anyways.
He found himself sitting there waiting for Rin, before finally speaking, "Rin, do you no know why I'm not much of a pet person?" Long sight knowing she was laughing in the back of her mind when she turned her head. More birds found their way on his arms and shoulders, and the same three nestled in his hair. He didn't looked like he was enjoying this, but in truth, he probably like the company.
In contrast to the bird cupped in Rin's hands, it seemed to enjoy itself as Rin stroked it but looked up at Long who had a grim face. It gave a slight tilt of it's head and almost looked like it was laughing like a baby. Long looked down at the baby bird and gave it a rather interesting look. Long then turned his attention back to Rin. His arms were still in mid-air and birds finally stopped flocking by them.

Rin smiled lightly at him, but now was faced with the problem of getting the birds off without them flocking back on or growing irritated. She wondered if they'd stay off if she tried removing them one at a time. She couldn't think of another way though, besides things that would definitely anger them.
She softly pet the orange streaked one once more, then gently set it in the grass beside her. She gave it a light smile and then got up on her knees, leaning towards Long as she looked him over for a moment. Again she found herself tempted to laugh, but she knew she had birds on her shoulders as well, so she was trying not to.
She reached out and carefully cupped one of the birds in her hands, tugging it gently off of his shoulder. Hopefully it wouldn't get mad that she was making it move. She was half expecting to feel a sharp peck against her hand. She treated it like glass, very carefully lifting it off and away from him.

Hitomi gave a small frown at the tone of his voice. "Now how can you garuntee that, I wonder? You're bound to slip on that, Shinku. And... ehy are you so defensive about it?" She sighed, but deciding to change the subject. "However.." She said, swaying side to side. "It's fun to tease you, Shii-kun." She told him playfully . "Mm, that's right. I have an appointment later today..."
"Maybe if you come, you can figure out the gender for yourself..." She told him softly, running her hands through his red hair. The side effects from Kestrel's healing had left, and she no longer saw auras. It was almost unnatural, not seeing the whispy, colored air around a person. She then moved herself away from Shinku grinning. "Let's play a game, 'kay? Catch me if you can!" She told him, and she dashed off. She giggles, trying to silence herself as she ran. She made sure thather boots didn't click so loudly, and she hid herself outside.
She panted, running being quite tired, but still full of energy. No need to sit around, right? She had to stay healthy, and not gain anymore weight than she had with the baby. Of course, she would slim back down when the baby was born, much like her mother had. Whenever she heard him coming, she quickly ran away, and she eventualy had to shed off her sweatshirt. She just dropped it on the ground.

Long gave a light exhale of relief, "So, I guess you're saving me from a future career as a scarecrow slash tree or a big target for bird droppings," Long gave a slight smile. His humor was a bit odd, seeing as how Long was being helped out by Rin. The birds seemed to remain calm as they watched Rin take one of their own gently and neither seemed bothered by it.
"So...Any movies that you want to see in particular?" Long asked to ease the tension in the atmosphere around them. The birds on her shoulder had flown off and landed on the grass around Rin and Long as he observed quietly. The red orange bird that Rin held had found it's way into Rin's shoulders. Long watched the bird lift off and land right on her, and kept quiet.
"I should thank you ahead of time from....saving me from a new career..." Long said as he continued, "I think it's better courtesy if you do thank someone ahead of time...when you have the moment".

Rin carefully set the bird down in the grass beside them, glad it hadn't pecked her scratched her at all. So hopefully the others wouldn't mind being moved either? She reached out to grab another, slowly nodding her head at Long's words. "That doesn't sound like a very fun career." She smiled lightly, and began removing more of the birds, each as carefully as the first, but maybe a little more quickly.
At the movie question she paused for a moment, then flinched as the birds on her shoulders suddenly lifted off. She'd expected for a moment to be attacked, but they showed no signs of hostility, so she relaxed again, casting the orange streaked bird a curious glance as it resettled upon her shoulder in the other's place.
She took a breath, then reached out, cupping another bird between her hands and lightly tugging it off of Long's arm. "I don't know..." she admitted. She'd never been to a real movie theater before, and wasn't sure how it worked. But it sounded now like she'd get at least some choice in what to watch. "I have no idea what's currently... out."
She set a bird on the ground and reached for yet another. After this one, his arms would be free, and hopefully stay vacant. "It's.. no problem," she replied, a little quietly. She wasn't too used to helping people, since people generally didn't want her help, it seemed. It was strangely enjoyable.

"Heh...It really wouldnt..." Long said giving it a rather uncanny thought about him being dressed and stuffed with hay and a straw hat. He lightly glanced over at the first bird landing on his head. Seeing that Rin had a small smile across her face, Long intended
"Well...it seems our friend there has made himself comfortable with us," Long stated as he heard that Rin hadn't known what was out. He himself did not know either, he ended up renting movies instead. This made going to the movie theater a rarity to go to. He nodded, "It's alright, I don't know what's really out there myself...We'll find out when we get there right?" Long asked as he tried to reassure Rin.
He watched as Rin kept moving one bird from his arm, now his arms were free to do as they want.He lightly watched as she set it down, and finally moved his arms to his sides ignoring the birds on his shoulders and the three on his head as he sat bac
"That was almost an unfortunate situation..." Long spoke as he sat back looking over at Rin. He smirked lightly to show her 'thanks' and that it was all alright at this point.

Rin nodded lightly, tugging the very last bird off of his arms. This was, of course, disregarding the ones on his head and shoulders, but even with those he'd be able to move his arms, and she guessed that was the most important thing. She gently set this last bird on the grass beside her and then glanced to the ones on Long's head.
But he sat back, giving signs that it was fine, so she didn't make any move to remove them. Instead she leaned back as well, settling on her knees. She cast the orange streaked bird a glance. It was still on her shoulder, but she honestly didn't mind. Secretly, she was still fascinated that wild birds would flock to strangers like this and she was kind of enjoying it. As long as she wasn't covered like Long had been, it wouldn't really bother her.
Now that she'd settled down, and Long was able to relax his arms, she focused upon replying to him. "I.. I guess so.." Rin blinked, looking and sounding rather confused. She really had no idea about movie theaters and, while she was enjoying her time here, she was kind of anxious to go and see what they were like.

((Srry, pretty cooky stuff goin' on at my house))
"So..What are we gonna do from here? Hang out a bit? or?" Long asked as he left his sentence unfinished in case Rin would have any suggestions. He watched as the birds on his shoulders. He then reached on his shoulders taking the birds down and setting them down lightly in front of him.
He looked to the birds on his head and took them off his head and set them down in front witht he 4 from his shoulders. He watched them idely as they explored the grass. Hopping across and finding their way to Rin, he stopped and sat directly in front of her.
Long stared at them as if they were specimens being observed and watched. Long being the scientist, the birds being the experiment and Rin being the catalyst for it all. He sat there and stared at the birds as 2 turned back and approached Long settling in front of him.

[It's fine. ^^;]
"Um.." Rin began quietly, eyes back upon the birds as Long removed the last few off of himself, and set them down in the grass. They hopped around, exploring, and Rin fell silent, another soft smile upon her face. She'd never had a pet before. Having a bird seemed pretty nice at the moment. Just a random idea though.
She blinked, snapping from her thoughts as she refocused upon the question. "I like it here, but..." she murmured, glancing around. The white rose was still in her hair, and the violet one had been set in the grass by her side. "I'd really like to see a movie."
She watched for a moment as Long observed the birds, and then carefully tugged the orange streaked original off of her shoulder. She held it cupped gently in her hands, petting him softly with her finger, before lowing him to the grass to join the others. "...are you ready to go?" she asked quietly, eyes still upon the bird.

"Alright, well lets get going," Long said as he hopped up scaring the birds into the sky. He stretched a bit again like he normally would, turning his upper body side to side in a socket wrench like manner. He lightly yawned and looked down at Rin, "So, since we don't know too much about theaters, we could explore around and get the whole experience, once again someplace new..." Long stated as he held up his hand in a 'number one' getsure almost pointing up in the sky.
"They should have a small arcade...a concessions stand...and the ticket booth...No surprises or catches...At least that I know of..." Long said shifting from Rin to himself quietly. He snapped the thought from his mind and warped back into reality.
"Well, what are we waiting for...Let's get going then," Long said holding out his hand to help Rin up. He stood lightly in silence waiting on Rin. The birds flapping in the air quietly themselves like Long observed the two people on the roof of the buidling.

Rin jumped lightly as well, startled by Long's sudden movement and the bird's sudden departure. But she got over it quickly, picking up the violet rose in one hand, and accepting Long's hand with her other. She got to her feet and brushed off the back of her pants, smoothed her shirt lightly, and then finally looked ready to leave. Though, she was kind of missing that orange streaked bird already...
Her expression had lit up a bit, however, as he named some of the things the movie theater had. Well, not so much at the ticket booth, but the arcade and concessions stand sounded interesting. She'd never really been to either before. Not regular, public ones, anyway.
So she smiled lightly, nodding her head and casting one last glance towards the hovering birds. "K," she said simply. "I'm ready." And she started walking, heading slowly towards the stairs to get back to the base level of the temple.

"Well alright then," Long said as he followed behind Rin with hands in his pockets. He took down the steps after Rin in a pretty cheery manner, almost as if his grim appearence was hiding away somewhere. But nonetheless, Long was being spirited, but not very charismatic about it. His attitude was definetly different as he descended down the steps and held his head high.
He was practically envigorated by the time spent up in the garden, the flowers, the atmosphere, and the birds that apparently, kept flocking near him. He smiled lightly as he would remember this, while still following behind Rin quietly.
"So...We will have to agree on the a movie then when we get there...So what kind of movie would you be looking for?" Long asked as he took step after step and passed floor levels as he continued behind her. He was very curious to see what Rin would answer, as to the fact that she might have not had a genre interest until she seen a movie.
