One of the trombonists is 'fang,' and he isn't always very smart, so at one practice our student teacher said he was dracula's retarded little brother. It was hilarious.

omg!!! there is a trombone at my school called fang? who are you? do you go to reynoldsburg?
anyways... there are some who call me twelvie, there are people who are called midget, perky, shananananaaaaaaaa, quiff, moose, and so on.

Hmmm, the best one we have I think is Shoelie. We had two bass drummers named Shawn, Louie, and Joel. Our percussion instructor got REALLY mad at them one day while they were messing around and while trying to scream at them she made the mistake of mixing their three names together ... getting "Shoelie" Now when you want one of them you just yell that and you'll get all three ^_^
And George - given to a guard girl named Amanda because we already had 4 Amanda's.

weeeeelllll.... no one really has a nickname except a kid who plays the tuba. his is 'fuzzy' because his last name is fuzy (foo-zee) our jazz band has a nickname though. its 'the natural disasters'
i dont feel like telling the story right now, but pm me and i'll tell you.....

*sigh...* the frosh flutes call me "band geek" because I'm enthusiastic about band... they say that I had good posture 24/7... and does anyone else march around campus? they saw me do that and were like "BAND GEEK!!!" apparently, no one else in my band is greatly enthusiastic about band or something crying

My name came to be when I set up my bassoon. I put the seat strap on it and walked past the percussionists with my bassoon on my shoulder like I was carrying a rifle in the military. I do this every day, so the percussionists were ready. They picked up a marching beat as I walked past, and the flute started playing Yankee Doodle. A trumpet kid we had named Apple-seed (don't ask) started laughing and and called me General K.O. Watson. I got the K.O. part, since that is my annitials, and I get the General part, but the Watson part I don't get. The name has stuck ever since!

Green(me): This is because I wear alot of green, and instead of a name tag on my sousa case, it's a green peice of tape.
WD(Brad): Brad used to use WD40 on his trombone slide when he played trombone
Dirty(Doug): One day Mitch randomly said:"I like my Dougs dirty."
Water Boy(Matt): Matt owes the tuba section his water. We always forget our water bottles anyway. That makes Matt the water boy.
