Mai muttered and turned away from Don. "I swear, the things I miss..." The small vampiress waved her hand at the man behind her and started off towards the main buildings.

"You do miss quite a lot, don't you?" Don laughed and put an arm around Mai. He winked and then smiled, moving off to the side a bit and taking his arm back.

He fell back and hit the ground. He blinked a few times and smiled even more. "Down girl! You can't want me THAT much can you?" he mocked. He knew he'd get it now, but it was worth it to make a new friend.

Mai pounced on im, pinning him to the ground. "Pompous git." The irate vampiress growled at him, her fangs quite scary up close.

Mai blinked in surprise before screaming angrily. She wiped her chin with the back of her hand and hissed at him. "Just feel lucky that I can't kill people on the guild grounds, Kellesata." The vampiress gave his chest a hard push and stood.

"Come on, you know you liked it. Besides, what's a little affection between friends?" he laughed. Don was relieved, not that she couldn't kill him, but that she didn't automatically disown him.
