I never really had a main series favorite villain. Bakura's about as bland as a cracker and Malik is forever ruined and I think of him as a chick because of a friend of mine...
But my favorite Genex villain is hands down Yubel. The hermaphrodite had style the way it messed with everyone, and in the end, s/he made Juudai half a chick in his soul.
How awesome.
Edit: What I mean by how s/he messed with everyone is that...
Well, Hell, it turned people into zombies, albiet dueling zombies, but these were zombies that walked and talked zombie, and came out of ceiling tiles. Wtf. CEILING ZOMBIE IS WATCHING YOU MASTURBATE.
And, technically, it was a guy first, and still liked Haou... and Haou was Juudai's muffin-headed old self, and therefore was the FIRST OFFICIAL YAOI COUPLE EVER... wait huh?

OMGREALLY?!?!11 O: Oh, but you can't watch it in Japanese, can you? XD;; I forgot that they stopped doing that uncut version... D: At least I have those episodes with the crappy subtitles. I <3 Jounouchi being tied to the chair. Malik soooo raped him while he was being controlled! I mean, c'mon, it's so obvious! X3 And yes, favorite character torture makes me all warm and fuzzy on the inside... Kurama from Yuu Yuu Hakusho is the epitome of happy character torture... he always gets so beat up and molested an I love every minute of it. X3
