Ceribri Freaj Ceribri Freaj Ceribri Freaj I didn't really like that epsiode, it was a bit too... eh just the kid and the drawings ... just didn't work for me. But I loved the part when Rose got attacked by the scribble! I mean, stuff all these fancy aliens bent on taking over the universe, a plain simple scribble is just as awesome. You could even keep one as a pet... Yeah, it was wierd. I'd just been waiting a long time for him to say that and see the response (saw him say that in music vid). Scribble was cool. I just didn't like the whole drawing-life thing.... Yeahhh the drawing thing was a bit blerh. And the posessed little kid. But I liked how he kept going about those (actually called couchous I think) edible ball-berings... hehe... cake decorations... I didn't like the end either, it was all like 'oh yay friends love happy ending' It was more of a family + kids episode. I don't like. *pouts* Possible Ending Spoiler in white! Don't wanna ruin it for anyone else but I don't think I will but I'm being on the safe side.... I saw it on BBC from...somewhere... and I didn't think his dialogue with Rose was very family episodey. It wasn't bad stuff, it was like, "There's a war coming.." thing and then it showed a great preview from the final two eps with clips pertaining to it from past season 2 eps. The face of Boe, his prophecy, the 'demon-thing' prophecy about Rose will die in battle or something as equally strange. 3nodding Nah I meant just at the end when they were all like 'everyone needs love and friends heart heart smile smile Or maybe it was just because mum laughed at me for 'watching that crap' well SHE CAN'T TALK SHE'S AN ORIGINAL SERIES TREKKIE! blaugh But yeahhhh the preview... very awesome. Just wondering though, where did the face of Bo come from?? I mean he was in the new earth episode but he must have been in something else before it. I think. Ya, it was from one of those older doctors cause my dad was like Oh! Look it's the Face of Boe! and I was like confused confused Ya, that was very odd... 'feel the love'.. sheesh it's not the sixties. My dad is different. He's a full-blown Trekkie and a Whovian. so it's wierd. My mom is a Trekkie but she doesn't get what she calls 'british humor' so she doesn't get DW... Hahah, the world would be a sad sad place without British humor. But now I'm really curious where the face of Bo came from, obviously an older eppy I missed out on. Must get my hands on some older series stuff.

The Runaway Bride is the name of Episode 1, Series Three.
So she clearly has quite a lot to do with six months from now.
I'm just mad they spoiled that moment with her popping up. Not fair! crying gonk

Was anyone else finding like a zillion references to other shows in this episode? The one that really stood out to me is when the Doctor is leaving the sphere room and he turns the wrong way at first. That gag is totally in Casanova (with RTD and Tennant).
I'll admit to crying like a small child for most of the last half of Doomsday. It was so sad. Also the two greatest Who villians ever doing robot smack-talk was one of the most entertaining bits of the whole series.

Yess! The daleks totally OWNED the cybermen. They were even more witty. The ending... I'm not sure if I liked it or disliked it, I mean, I was actually expecting Rose to DIE, and instead it was just full of a lot of crying. But it was a surprise to see the Doctor crying, I mean, I don't think I have ever seen the Doctor cry before...
Haha, and the Doctors face when he found out that they were Daleks...
I guess the ending was kinda sad, but the fact that I never really warmed up to Rose kinda ruined it. But it was pretty awesome when he just gets back to the TARDIS and Donna is in there, he's just like... WHATTT???!?!

I'm not sure if I liked it or disliked it, I mean, I was actually expecting Rose to DIE, and instead it was just full of a lot of crying. I think that Companions very rarely get tragic send-offs, unless they die. The only one that jumps to mind is that of Susan, and even that was more bittersweet. I kinda wish that the Cybermen could have held their own against the Daleks, even just the ordinary Daleks. It wasn't much of a battle between them.

Though it was pretty cool when it was like... 3 daleks and genesis ark, then suddenly the sky is just FULL of dalkes going everywhere. Eh I thought Doomsday was pretty good though, except for some parts.

I loved the last epi. It was funny and creative.... and now i want to have one of those void ships for myself...^.^ did like the jokes about rose's mom too... loved the ending to w/ the bride and all heart domokun xd
